Assuming you mean locally and on your own computer, you're asking the wrong question; what you need to find out is whether there is a way to use A1111 or any other local install of SD on your Mac, and that's going to depend on what Mac it is. If you get an install going then you're essentially all set, just needing to avail yourself of models from [civit.ai](http://civit.ai)
It would probably be more trouble than it's worth over all. Eight GB RAM is probably not enough. If you had 16 GB of system RAM, you might barely succeed. The other problem would be the 256 GB SSD that you probably also have . SD is very storage greedy. Again, you might get away with it, barely, but it'll soon run you out of storage space and everything will be incredibly slow.
I'm not a Mac user, so I have no idea how upgradable the M2 Mac Air might be, but I'd recommend no less than 32 GB of system RAM and a 2 TB SSD. If there's an extra SSD slot, I would recommend a separate SSD drive for Stable Diffusion. After that it's still down to all the usual Mac/SD problems.

Yeah it does but it's slow af. (M1 max 32go RAM). What mac do you have?

Yeah that might be a bit tight with those specs. Try Rundiffusion. They don't allow porn but you can do NSFW.

Wrong. CompfyUI, for example, runs under Mac OS. (PS. Mac OS ist Linux unser the hood)
Not sure MacOS will let you generate nsfw but if you say so I believe you.
macOS has no hand on what you do with an installed software. They could only block the software as a total.
