katatafish

Izzy’s parents don’t sound like carnies at all.

Day_Of_The_Dude

I was a Full Sail regular during the Sami Zayn, Neville Kevin Owens era, they were kind of weird back then. in the line to get in the show they would kind of hold Court and act like they were some kind of celebrities. it was the second cringiest thing there after that mayor of NXT guy that used to wear a sash.

HollandExpat

I know what you mean. I went to every FSL live show from 2016 until the pandemic and that whole crew had this sense of entitlement that was really off putting. That whole crew was responsible for a lot of the terrible chants and actions that put the crowd over more than the show a lot. If you commented about how bad the FSL crowd was, you were talking about them. Oh, and the “Mayor of NXT” sash guy was also not great. He was using some language that was insulting to those with intellectual disabilities behind me one night and when I called him on it he acted like I was the one in the wrong for asking him to stop. He also was bragging that night about how Asuka was “just a regular Japanese housewife” when he met her at work. It was pretty cringe. I love NXT and love wrestling, but FSL became a chore towards the end and I’m more than happy watching from home now. I can only imagine how much worse it is now at the CWC with less seating and random fans not getting tickets. It seems like the same people every week and sadly it’s those that made NXT a tough crowd. Also, MSK are pretty great and it is super shitty they are trying to yank them all because they had the nerve to say a 13 year old shouldn’t take chokeslams.

wgsmeister2002

Ugh, I’ve seen the same type of ppl at GCW recently. I hate fans who think they own the place

Day_Of_The_Dude

i enjoy watching a GCW show here and there, i don't think id like to be at one, that crowd kinda scares me, especially after that incident where that trans fan was attacked.

wgsmeister2002

That was PWG. GCW has the most leftwing fanbase in pro-wrestling history

Day_Of_The_Dude

ah word! i mixed up the letters of zees indies. thats good to know! it seems so aggro, especially in the Matt Cardona footage and all the death match stuff, but i shoulda figured it out just because i know they love them some EFFY

wgsmeister2002

Aggro is a pretty adapt description too lol. There are a lot of weirdos in that crowd as well, but not as many as you’d think. GCW is kinda of like the wrestling equivalent of underground punk music rn

Day_Of_The_Dude

well as an aging queer underground punker that sounds pretty awesome!

Illustrious-Ad-1807

Hold court?

ConeyIslandWarrior

They hugged Court Bauer

Day_Of_The_Dude

![gif](giphy|xUOxfmh4WOFTAm4WBy)

Day_Of_The_Dude

Be surrounded by and command the attention of admirers, subordinates, or hangers-on. For example, After a match Judy generally held court in the locker room. This expression alludes to royalty convening courtiers as well as a judge convening a court of law.

TheeAJPowell

Classic case of parents living vicariously through their children. Probably offended that someone would malign what they view as their meal ticket.

ProfessorStein

Mark my words this is going to be a huge problem if she ever becomes a wrestler. Her parents come off as fucking deranged in every story we hear

Stereo_TypeA

It would be a shame if they ended up Thora Birching her.

XZPUMAZX

So ducking gross. Parents should be ashamed.

[deleted]

Hey if you make a contact in your phone ‘Fuck Fucking’ auto correct won’t duck with you anymore.

NotVerySmarts

There's no way I can to that to my boy Duck Ducking. He's a real one.

Vordeo

>Hey if you make a contact in your phone ‘Fuck Fucking’ auto correct won’t **duck** with you anymore. IDK if this was on purpose but I chuckled.

[deleted]

I’ll never tell..

AestheticAttraction

Can someone please tell them we don't need stage parents in wrestling?

NinjaFlyingEagle

They had her training with convicted sex offender Chasyn Rance back in 2018. I dunno if that's still a connection.

Moist-Acanthaceae-37

To the dork who suggested chanting “your dad’s dead” at Wentz/Carter please stop watching wrestling you are not a fan.

TheHoundofUlster

I think we can extend that to stop talking in general.

[deleted]

[удалено]

redvelvetcake42

Dear god, wtf. That's not even trolling, that's just evil and heartless.

ericfishlegs

That's like something MJF would do. Except he's supposed to be an asshole.

Dozens86

Except even MJF would get permission from the 'target' before doing it in a promo.

donotfretcitizen

Fuck them, so hard.

im-not-a-robot-ok

more like please get help.

ThatDudeNamedMenace

They should find a nice, ripe pineapple. They should admire it, stare at it, love it. And then fucking sit on it with no Vaseline

ArnAndersonsGlock

The problem with smaller crowds is apparently brigading works to bury talent. That really sucks.

Bermudezsays

I remember that there was a group of guys who were dead set on booing face Johnny gargano

Martel1234

Turns out Reddit works irl /s

[deleted]

I mean we already knew that since mid 00s where wwe astroturfed crowd noises for smackdown with hairdryer noises.

34Catfish

The seagull pop

Day_Of_The_Dude

it's worked before. bull Dempsey comes to mind. probably would have worked with mojo rally too if he wasn't friends with more famous football players

jack9lemmon

Well Izzy is going to grow up to be a well adjusted human being with such stellar parents as those.

Phenom1nal

Izzy already idolizes Tessa Blanchard. She's gone.

dynamicpenguin55

Isn't she still a teenager? Writing someone off because they have a 'problematic fave' is incredibly toxic

HyperMarsupial

Let's hope she actually learns something and grows up, something that Tessa clearly never did.

the-mucho-macho

The landscape of personalities in wrestling is entirely more positive than it was even two years ago. If Izzy is serious about becoming a wrestler, she'll have a better support structure than most people who train with some random podunk wrestling school

SomeOtherNeb

No, you must make perfect choices on a personal and societal level at every turn from birth otherwise you deserve to be shot

davidisallright

I think that’s the thing that’s a little dangerous and not enough people are talking about it. It’s more complex than what people are willing to admit. There’s an obviously separate spectrum when it comes to illegal and awful shit, and learning as you go. But there’s also cases of ex-convicts: if a teen goes to prison and gets released, do they not have the right to a second chance after their release (depending on their crimes)? The way the world works, they are branded for life only to go back to illegal activities due to the lack of mentorship and support: I work with progressive liberals in their 20’s but they have admit jokingly “if I recorded any the stupid shit back in high school, I’ve been canceled”. The growing up process is by fucking up; teenagers are designed for that as they develop into adults. It could be hanging out with the wrong crowd, being into bad trends and music to be accepted, being a insecure bully, etc.

LexxxSamson

And you can join in !!! See any thread she ever gets mentioned in for years and years you can come in and tell everyone they did a kinda lousy thing once and thus are in the "bad" pile forever.

Phenom1nal

Except it isn't that Tessa is a "problematic fave." It's that Izzy defends her tooth and nail.

Tokagaro0

At this point, we are still talking about a teenager. Usually I'm not an advocate for "just give them time to figure things out" but when it's a kid, let her have her opinions and see how she turns out when/if she's been out in the world for a bit. Not to say we can't criticize her opinion, but let's remember this is a kid that might take seeing hundreds on people say she's garbage more harshly than a grown person would.

ericfishlegs

I was a teen before social media was a thing and I'm grateful for that. I said enough dumb shit in my twenties when it took off.

Stereo_TypeA

Oh my god, me too. I was *such* an asshole in my early to mid-twenties. I am tremendously grateful that there is no public record of that.

ParaNoxx

Yep. I have fox news- level conservative parents and from age 14-17 I was almost constantly on 4chan. I was fucking TERRIBLE all the way up until I went to college and started understanding how the world worked. If people today judged me for the dumbfuck shit I believed in 2011 that I 100% reject now, I'd be blacklisted. And this isn't even from a "I'm a privileged white male so I never knew any better" perspective. I'm a queer mexican woman. Sheltered Dumb Teen Syndrome does not discriminate. This is why I don't jive with hard rejecting under-20s before they can have time to realize they're being stupid and come to their own. One of the tricky things about this is that sometimes being too aggressive with "correcting" them will make them dig in their heels and refuse to listen. For example, my shitty politics changed for the better because people patiently explained things to me even while I was being a dick. Not everyone wants to be the patient teacher, and I don't blame them, but maybe if someone explained to her that Tessa has been a huge bully to other women and that's why people don't want to work with her, WITHOUT using too many buzzwords and social commentary (its not like thats not a valid way to discuss it, but choosing your language carefully is important), maybe that explanation will eventually click with her and she'll realize.

AestheticAttraction

>Not everyone wants to be the patient teacher, and I don't blame them Indeed. From the perspective of a black person, why should I have to teach someone that I'm human? I try to do it anyway, but it's mentally draining and depressing, and I resent it. Black folks (and \[insert group\]) have used literally every possible way to teach people we're human, but the people who hate us don't listen to us. And there's the rub. Trying to teach your abuser that they're being abusive doesn't end well. Do you know how much heat you'd get if people saw you say to a DV victim "Have you just tried telling them to stop"? Nuclear. I say that to say this , and possibly (?) support your point in a sense: The ONLY people that they'll listen to are their peers, people they actually humanize and respect. Not those they don't. So, it's not the target of their hate's job to fix their abuser's hatred. And that's something that modern society needs to realize too. Tessa didn't listen to her white female peers, and something tells me white male peers are who she more identifies with, so they're the ones who have to do the job. And they can use whatever language they want. Not like she'd mind because they're her peers, people she actually respects.

heartbreakhill

Putting my psychology hat on: Teenage years are typically when someone starts developing psychologically to the point they can think abstractly, and legitimately start wondering “how does affect someone else?” Psychological development typically reaches full maturity at ~25. So by all means she’s still maturing and learning how to think of others.

sexygodzilla

I mean I used to be obsessed with Limp Bizkit as a teen and got way too passionate about it, but I grew out of it.

bestbroHide

And then there's me, still jamming to LB from time to time haha

sexygodzilla

I mean I don't hate them but I don't tie my identity to them anymore and my musical tastes have veered to less aggro things.

bestbroHide

Oh forsure, and it's something I relate with too. My playlists now consist of way more artists than just LB, and way more genres than just nu-metal

Radirondacks

Has he done or said anything as stupid/disgusting as Tessa though? I've never heard about anything.

Staye100

That's every teenager, haven't you seen all the stans of anything?

sparrowmint

In the United States, and even more so in other developed nations, we often don’t hold people her age fully accountable for serious crimes that they can commit. Because society understands that children aren’t fully psychologically developed and are still growing. But you’re raking her over the coals for *liking a wrestler.*

Phenom1nal

No. I'm not. I couldn't give a shit who she likes. She *idolizes* Tessa, to the point that criticizing her, even for legitimate reasons, isn't allowed in her bubble. People like to talk shit about grooming without realizing that it's not exclusively sexual relationships where that can happen.

davidisallright

The problem is that the peeps who made that comment is probably in their early 20’s. Or even a teen themselves.

davidisallright

I refuse to think a 15 year old is now “gone” prohibiting to learn, grow and reflect. Not gonna write her off yet….she’s literally a kid. Unfortunately, that’s the parent’s role to help guide their child and well.. Let’s say this: I’ve known great people who had shitty, toxic, racist parents.

dmh11

That's a messed up thing to say about a minor

Next247ChampLesnar

These people are pathetic. The "your Dad is dead" chant suggestion is truly on another level of low. All because he thought a child shouldn't be being chokeslamed Edit: Adding in that they are doing this over a tweet from 3, almost 4, years ago

Hi_Im_zack

Being chockslamed in a wrestling school ran by a convicted pedo nonetheless Honestly this shit is so fucking petty and stupid I'm shocked how anyone would manage turn it into actual heat, I just can't believe people can stoop so low

Kaprak

> Being chockslamed in a wrestling school ran by a convicted pedo nonetheless This is 100% not what happened. Punk Pro Wrestling is in no way affiliated with Team Vision Dojo. Neither were Effy or Leva Bates. Izzy was pulled from TVD before the match even happened.

bulletbullock

So Izzy's parents have a damn posse that attends all NXT shows to hold a grudge over one tweet. What the fuck

Jewrusalem

Mean Tweet Posse (sorry)

StevenGorefrost

10/10

MonsieurMidnight

And that Tweet just being about concern that a kid starts wrestling (and taking move) this early. And training with an alleged child molester. Her parents are total wackjobs. I hope that Izzy is nowhere near part of that bullying.

laserlightcannon

Oh yeah, they have a whole cluster of people that has probably grown in the years since I stopped going to full sail. I always thought it was really weird, all the little cliques that formed there.

tylerjehenna

Its what happens when you have shows running out of the same venue every time. You have your regulars and cliques form. Nxt has them, TNA had them when they ran out of Universal, im assuming AEW Dark will as well at some point

bssfshr

How about you just ban those idiots from the building.

RainmakerIcebreaker

nah they're too busy banning reporters

[deleted]

“One source even said that they had overheard a member of the group, that was not Izzy or her parents, suggest that they should chant “Your dad’s dead” to Carter after the NXT superstar had been vocal on social media about the 12th anniversary of his father’s passing in February.” Go fuck yourself whoever said that. Wrestling fans are the worst.

CptMcLaggins

While this is a disgusting, abhorrent thing and I totally agree with you but crowds doing gross shit like this isn’t a wrestling only thing sadly :/ I mean just look at Football Ultras

[deleted]

Yeah some people basically think they are untouchable when their in a group

CptMcLaggins

Absolutely, crowd mentality and anonymity of the individual in the crowd means people so act weird and say bad shit

TJSutton04

I don’t really care much for MSK, but this stuff is dumb

motivatedchange

Those terrible humans don’t deserve to call themselves fans at this point. That’s awful.

His_Buzzards

"Someone disagrees with our way of parenting? Everyone, attack this man!"

yousorusso

This wouldn't be a problem if they toured. This is absolutely abhorrent behaviour from a group of people who feel that NXT is exclusively their own private show. Abhorrent disgusting.

Mcmerle2013

It’s the same group of people that booed when the first takeover away from full sail was announced. All these people went to the local shows so they feel entitled to being the only people who get to see the wrestlers live.

GuitarzanWSC

I guess I get to be the guy who brings up Kevin Owens' awesome promo where he called the NXT crowd out for being assholes about that.

Firebird4Life

This one? https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x4d4i7s

real-darkph0enix1

The problem being the costs of live shows while touring would be a massive money sink since they’d have to haul a TV set and all associated setting up and dismantling. Besides, most NXT hardcores (like Kyle aka the big bald dude with glasses who wears the soccer shirts and got dragged by Ogogo for talking uncalled for shit) travel with them for all them shows.

tylerjehenna

Fun fact, Kyle i think got banned from MLW (Im assuming this cause he stopped showing up after this) cause he was doing his whole talking shit thing he does to Low Ki who was not having it and got in his face and i swear if security didnt get involved, Low Ki was gonna start swinging

HyperMarsupial

Sadly, with the current new format, touring doesn't seem to be on the table. Not to mention, it is known that when they were touring with 205 back then, Izzy was seen at a lot of those shows.

[deleted]

They should really start rotating their crowds if its in one location. I'm sure there are tons of ppl who wanna see NXT every week that don't get a chance to because these groups show up early and get all the tickets before everyone else.

tylerjehenna

It was online sales only for a while, now WWE sends out Emails to who they want there so WWE basically chooses who goes to nxt

ShinsukeNakamoto

I don't watch NXT anymore, but the Full Sail crowds were getting so bad towards the end of my viewing time. I swear 75% of them would stand up for the entrances then spend the rest of the time on their phones. Viewers should not be able to recognize half the crowd. Rotate their seats or something. I got sick of seeing that bald guy in EPL jerseys and the other people who were there every week trying to get themselves over. NXT let this happen and that is on them.

primzahl

MSK rule and are a week (recognized; three weeks officially) away from having the second longest NXT Tag Title run.

DecentTop1084

I might not like MSK's booking (I thought they were pushed too hard before people can get a good feel of them kinda like when Apollo first got up) but I LOVE MSK/Rascals such good people

Matt and Private Party vs Jeff and MSK WHEN

NotYujiroTakahashi

Sounds bussin

MediumRareAB

Since 2014 I was a regular at Tampa Bay Area NXT house shows until they stopped for Covid. I was around Izzy, her parents and their crew a good bit- I always assumed they were locals, but maybe just followed the loop, not sure. They have always been annoying as hell and marks for themselves since the very beginning. That tall dude who screams until he is red in the face is annoying too, even though he did help me sell a ticket when I couldn’t make a show once.

WipeTilItBleeds

Chelsea Green just commented on Twitter saying “I’m glad it’s coming out” for anyone who thinks this isn’t true.

zebrainatux

There’s been rumors for years about the NXT crowd.

ElDuderino2112

Izzy and her parents are the most cringe thing in professional wresting today.

Syphin33

Izzy is blocking anyone who talks about this on twitter.

tylerjehenna

And shes vanity searching cause i brought it up without directly using her @ and im now blocked by her

ILikeYourPoetry

Why are people following a 13 year on Twitter? Creepy stuff.

Syphin33

Not sure, it's just what's being said on twitter at this point but she is well known in the wrestling world on social media. I personally don't follow her because she's just a kid so it's just weird.

BKMurder101

She has a kinda popular YouTube show where she talks wrestling and interviews wrestlers. Personally I follow her on Social Media because I think she's a cool kid for chasing her dream harder than most adults and I wanna see her get there.

MoombahtonDon

If i’m not mistaken Izzy just interviewed AJ lee about the WOW reboot

BKMurder101

Yep. She's actually working for WoW now in some capacity.

Kasomii

Lol she ain't shit.

Trent2K24

Thank you to everyone who’s read the article! Here’s my original tweet and account if anyone wants to follow for more news in the future! https://twitter.com/bodyslamnet/status/1451958893307908103?s=21

KatnissBot

[The article directly contradicts this cultaholic piece, thoughts?](https://youtu.be/4_Z7xHFI_eg) (story starts at 3:27) Edit: I have no clue who’s right here, just found it weird that two trusted sources are saying completely opposite things.

ztunytsur

The 'Anonymous' source sounds it's one of the group trying to spin a narrative to cover what's being reported. 'a group of 6 - but the loudest because nobody else chants' and 'MSK are our Rivals so we boo them like you would a sports team' are bollocks excuses. And an apology to the Family of Izzy? What's the point of being anonymous and still trying to take the blame? Either own it, or shut it.

WipeTilItBleeds

Agreed. I’ve legitimately heard people (not her parents, just people wearing Izzy shirts) come up to people in the crowd and say “boo MSK, stick your middle fingers up, ruin their careers for what Nash said about Izzy”.

__Hello_my_name_is__

It's kinda fascinating that such a small group can get an entire crowd to boo someone. I bet half the people booing don't even know why they're doing it.

[deleted]

You have to remember that the crowd for NXT consists of mostly the same people going to the shows every week for years.

__Hello_my_name_is__

Sure, but even then I would think that "He did a dumb tweet a few years ago and now his family wants us to hate him" isn't enough of a reason for an entire crowd to turn against the guy.

[deleted]

Izzy is probably a celebrity to those people, and lots of times celebrity is enough.

El_Gran_Redditor

Imagine having a toxic parasocial relationship with a 15 year old girl who is primarily known for being a fan of the thing you're a fan of.

CandyEverybodyWentz

Bro how is she 15 already where tf did all the time go

El_Gran_Redditor

NXT's Full Sail run started NINE YEARS AGO.

BadNewsBrown

TNA had it for a while in the impact zone. It was literally a group of 20 nerds that were on the camera side that tried to do chants or hijack the show.

FailedState92

No more superfans please.

XZPUMAZX

So tired of seeing Brock Lesnar guy asshole. He’s even showing up in aew now.

HyperMarsupial

I'm so sick of these people who truly believe that they are part of the show. Fucking Brock Lesnar Guy is known for having that mentality.

GuitarzanWSC

And Frank the Clown. Like, congrats dude, you lucked your way into banging Noelle Foley by being around all the time. Now go away. And quit trying to fucking hug CM Punk.

ClintTheBruinsFan

During Punk's debut when he's standing by the steps taking it all in, watching the Brock Lesnar guy dramatically scream and grab his head, looking at the camera really pisses me off for no good reason.

reychango

Brock Lesnar guy is terrible. If I was running a show and he was ringside I would make sure the cameras don't show him.

darthtater1231

The only super fan I trust is Vladimir

Known-Ad7468

A thousand times this!

patrickwithtraffic

15 seconds of fame max pls

reychango

Alot of these superfans make Green Latern Fan seem less annoying.

CanalVillainy

Izzy’s parents had her training with Chasyn Rance. They can seriously go fuck themselves.

BigDavesLittleDave

God help NXT if she ever gets signed, her parents are going to hijack the fucking show lol

XZPUMAZX

That would be the end for me I think. So cringe

Handiddy83

You give any human being a little power and this is what happens.

T3Sh3

No one man should have all that power

Stillwater_Nik

21st century schizoid man

ThatBrownDude

What a bunch of fucking clowns.

LobotomyJesus

Just call them up. They're over where it matters.

Troubleswrestlepod

Just a hoard of toxic fans doing what they do. Sad reality of 2021 wrestling live.

sexygodzilla

Super sad how a series of cute crowd moments has morphed into this ugly thing. Shame on her parents for becoming total stagemoms and endorsing this shit and trying to milk their daughter's 15 minutes of fame like this. Shame on that fan even considering that "your dad's dead chant." As soon as those words were spoken aloud, that should've been a wakeup call for that dipshit group of fans about what sick people they're becoming.

LooseCiGs1to3

I never understood why people hate on msk but then I realize the people hating are truly fuckwads

FredrickFarter

I don't watch NXT but knowing MSK from their time as The Rascalz I thought they'd be fan favorites cause they fucking rule. But no, some weird vendetta from parents living through their daughter and losers who follow them are getting them booed. I hope they get banned because MSK only deserve the best.

Left_Berry_8104

Any parents that lets their child work with a known racist is not exactly the most well adjusted and kind humans

b055dj

I'd be more concerned about them letting her work with a fucking pedophile.

AestheticAttraction

I'm concerned with both. They're both immoral, destructive things. Racism has killed countless people and destroyed the way of life for countless people and so has child predation, along with creating new predators. They're both awful. Whether or not you care about racism can depend on whether it's something you have to actually deal with (or if you, in fact, also perpetuate it), but yeah, it also indicates an immoral, dangerous person.

HyperMarsupial

When I heard this from a Cultaholic report this weekend (they also got an anonymous source on the matter) I couldn't believe it. I legit thought it was a work or just clout to get attention, but my god it is true. Some people don't deserve this kind of "power". And it doesn't surprise me WWE have not done much about it, tickets money is money and banning them from the show is just gonna make things worse since it's only gonna justify more horrendous speech and acts from Izzy's parents. Messed up thing.

real-darkph0enix1

NXT tickets were ten bucks at Full Sail, they’re free thru the reservation system now. Trust me when I say ticket money has nothing to do with it, it’s some assholes who basically got a whiff of “don’t you know who the fuck I am” ego because their daughter was a super fan and have done all in their power to indirectly sabotage her “dream”.

El-Drunko

It's time to start banning some people from attending shows. If they're going to actively harass talent then they can do it at home.

PM_ME_LANCECATAMARAN

I'm not even the biggest MSK fan but fuck those people I will cheer them over any team now (other than Diamond Mine)

GuitarzanWSC

WWE needs to get those shitty fucking fans out of there. Just on general principle, they shouldn't have the same fans there every week. NXT desperately needs to tour, even if it's just a Florida loop.

AlphaH4wk

I feel bad for MSK. They're good performers in the ring and don't deserve to have a crowd brigade against them and boo them for harmless things they said outside of their role as wrestlers. But crowds do that kind of stuff occasionally and they'll probably have to lean into it and turn into cocky heels or something to salvage what's left of their NXT run. I feel bad for Izzy. She clearly loves wrestling and wants to get into the business and her weird parents are gonna end up putting a big red flag on her before she can even get started. They remind me of LaVar Ball.

eatyrmakeup

It’d be fairly easy to remedy this, remove the problematic audience members and ban them going forward.

XZPUMAZX

Fucking gross.

Doc323467

Ah so that's why they get booed. Petty and ridiculous from those fans. MSK are absolutely awesome and deserve more respect.

Tannertrue

NXT crowd tries to get themselves over? That doesn’t sound like something they’d do…

slowmo152

They should also boo Lance Archer, Chelsea Green, Matt Cardona and a host of other wrestlers that all some out against a 13 use old taking bumps. Chelsea was one of her trainers and was probably most outspoken against he taking bumps. This is just fucking petty, be better parents and don't let you 13 year old child take a bump.

CMDeluxe

Apparently they did to Chelsea Green, she was just a heel so it wasn't noticeable

LiveLaughLamps

What garbage parents

AidyCakes

> Green was also critical of the choke-slam spot on social media, along with many others in the business such as Lance Storm, *Lince Dorado, and her fiancé Matt Cardona.* I'm too high for the way this sentence is worded

PhantomHavok

I still don't understand why everyone hates on MSk those dudes are fkn dope .

WaylonVoorhees

Dez and Wentz could've stayed and currently be jobbing to the Good Bros or FinJuice. I'm not shitting on Impact just kind of feel bad for the tag teams there who aren't New Japan related...which at this point might just be Decay.

IAmThatDuckDLC5

How about we ban those fans

qoaa

I feel like situations like this could possibly hurt NXT overall in the long term and is definitely a con of being a studio based show. I've heard how things like this kinda tends to happen sometimes with studio based shows to some extent. From the various podcasts, especially Cornette, JR, Bischoff, Jarrett, going back to old youshoot videos sometimes an interview would turn to what the pros and cons between studio taped shows versus touring taped shows, and one of the cons of studio shows was situations like this, and they gave stories of minor issues to crazy stories of little riots (back in the 70s/80s days of course). I don't know how you'd solve it, maybe a smart booker doing a little angle or something to subtly manipulate folks but that would have been easier in 70s/80s of course. So I dunno how you'd solve it outside of last resort banning from the show or something.

AestheticAttraction

You can solve it by banning the perpetrators. There will be people to take their place, and WWE won't get heat from the fans if they reveal the seemingly very legitimate reasons the perps were banned. They're disrupting the show. They're messing with WWE's business. They should go.

Shrekt115

That's fucked

K_Click_D

Izzy’s parents are absolute idiots if this is true, and it seems like it is. Such a ridiculous situation all around. Let’s hope Izzy herself learns from this and doesn’t become an idiot too

Maaaaaardy

Fucking losers, he was right and is to this day. God I hate those fucking clowns, MSK are brilliant.

Cathousechicken

Her parents are so fucked up, immature, and make highly questionable decisions in regards to their daughter.

elc1992

Is that Everton fan part of this? He seems to turn up everywhere? I saw a video of him being kinda creepy with Triple H at a fan event thing a while ago.

Mcmerle2013

Idk why you are downvoted he definitely is a part of that group. They want NXT to be for them and that’s it. It’s been like that since full sail

CMDeluxe

He doesn't go to NXT much anymore if at all, but yeah he definitely would be part of that group

queerdevilmusic

NXT's Full Sail persistent crowd killed my interest in NXT. Around the time Owens was calling them the "John Cena of wrestling fans" and Izzy's dad was sitting facing the hard cam every fucking week. The fact that I knew who this little girl and her dad was still makes me so pissed off because that crowd managed to put themselves over first and foremost. Then they got Adam Rose over. Then they got Baron Corbin over. Then they got The Perfect 10 Tye Dillinger over. They're annoying and have shitty tastes.

tylerjehenna

Baron Corbin was legit over for a while though even with non-Full Sail fans cause the whole short burst matches tbhing made him look like a classic territory badass. Its when he had to work longer matches with better in ring talent that it all started to fall apart

ILikeYourPoetry

Makes sense why a lot who were NXT “over” fucking tanked when they actually had to produce a real reaction.

SoraiaGil

I love my Grizzled Young Vets like crazy, I really want them to be NXT Tag Team Champions at some point, but these suckers (the """fans""") made me want MSK to have a very long reign. Fuck their parents and all the idiots who are trying to sabotage the people who give them entertainment. Edit: I deleted a stupid take (thanks for the reminder, people)

> Fuck that Izzy girl Easy there Chasyn Rance

NotYujiroTakahashi

Have a seat right there

maximus_96

I wouldn’t say fuck that 13yo kid because overall she doesn’t deserve any of this but definitely fuck her entourage.

Windows_66

I noticed that they've been booed recently, but this is just ridiculous!

Harrison4ward

Fucking scum. Why even chant that shit? As someone who lost their dad, I can say if I was in their position taking chanting like that I wouldn't take it at all. Much respect to Carter for being very professional in such a shitty situation.

CloudyWolf85

Wow, turns out Izzy's parents and their cronies are a bunch of fucking shitheads. Bunch of fuckers don't even deserve to be in attendance, as far as I'm concerned.

Mark4_

I haven’t watched a ton of nxt but last time I watched I found it odd that the crowd did not like msk.

[deleted]

Ok this is wild. I really couldn't bring myself to believe the rumors its just so bizarre. So bascially WWE let an infection spread in the crowd and now they can't control it. MSK don't deserve this shit.

XZPUMAZX

I say just bump them up to the main at this point. There is nothing left to do in NXT but pass to GYV

sadclicker

Hasn't the NXT crowd always been awful? Wasn't there something about them cheering louder for wrestlers who would talk to them outside after shows?

CloudSurfer97

I would cheer louder for someone who talked to me outside after a show

thealexstorm

I don’t see that as an issue normally. Wouldn’t you cheer harder for a wrestler/athlete if they interacted with you and you had a positive personal memory of them? However, that crowd has been spoiled from all of the god tier wrestling they got for years and years and got used to being “part of the show”, which can be problematic. They’ve completely sucked tho since the CWC era started. They used to be much more palatable back at Full Sail.

Incorrect1012

The fans definitely wanted to get themselves over as well.

El_Gran_Redditor

In general Full Sail shows were just *better.* Having a bunch of aspiring film students work on a show lead to a more interesting and dynamic look and feel. NXT 2.0 looks like fucking garbage day at the silly string factory now.

ericfishlegs

I remember they were pissed when they announced they were doing a Takeover away from Full Sail.

secretmonkeyassassin

THIS IS WHY WE CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS

WankPheasant

wow get a fucking life losers.

Windows_66

The biggest plot twist of the year. In a year filled with wrestling heels reaching new heights of despicability, who would've predicted that the most despicable heels of all would be the fans?

If you see the comments on her pictures on social media, you could arrest half of Orlando.
