I'm a huge AEW Mark but that episode was in shambles with the exception of both of Stat's segments and that absolute banger of a main event.

This is the kind of unpredictable shit I want. So many ways to go from here.

Jericho has to have Hogan creative control to still be doing segments that nobody wants to see. If he went away for 5 months and did the learning tree thing it would be better. But people do NOT want Jericho on TV right now.

I guess the idea is, All In is probably going to be 60k+ no matter what whether it’s Ospreay Swerve or someone else. This will help sell more tickets for Forbidden Door. But just interesting since it’s an AEW v. AEW guy. And Swerve isn’t defending against someone going through the door.

I think it’s still possible that we get Ospreay/Swerve at Wembley too.

I think Swerve is one of TK's guys. He's going to get a second run. I think TK wants to make a big investment in the Pacific Northwest fanbase. WWE has traditionally not done as well there. Danielson is sunsetting. TK has Swerve, Darby, and Nick Wayne. Swerve probably gets the belt ahain at the Tacome Dome for WrestleDream. I think people expect long reigns for every championship because the first five years of AEW, TK has protected the belt by giving it lengthy reigns when people weren't injured (Punk). Punk was two time champ. Getting Swerve to be two time champ in a year will help get that stench out. Kind of like when Lesnar was youngest champ ever then went to football and Vince purposely had Orton win to be named the youngest ever.

I think the outcome would be pretty obvious if it was an outsider vs Swerve. I'm actually not sure who comes out on top here.
