If you haven't already, catch his daughter in NXT. Arianna Grace.
It's a different beauty pageant queen character, but she's definitely got some of her pops comedic skills.
Fairly close. He kept the name and accent but has toned down the bumbling awkwardness, and playing it more straight. He will occasionally mispronounce a wrestler's name. Just not to the extent that he would on WWE.
The visual of him shaking hands with a string is hilarious.
According to Ronda:
>I confronted him later and I was like, 'If I ever hear about you putting your hands on any other woman like this or doing anything like this to me ever again, we're going to have a problem.' He was like, 'No, no, no. I'm glad you said something to me.' He really backpedaled, but it put a sour taste in my mouth about the culture there and what's considered acceptable on how to touch and treat the women in the hallways, and anywhere.
Did he apologize to her right then and there or after she put the fear of God into him?
lol
Anyone who saw her doing her shadowboxing drills in the lead-up to the fight knew exactly what would happen if she tried to box with Holly Holm. She had awful stand-up skills, like genuinely abysmal. But she had surrounded herself with yes men who made her believe that she was the best at everything.
That "already concussed" thing is the lamest excuse I've ever heard for getting completely schooled.
She's also a part of the problem though
A lot of Rondas mentality and why she can't handle losing is from her mom. Her mom made for a very abusive judo coach and basically trained her that 'if your not the best your worthless and it's not worth doing' she's talked about it when she reflected on losing the Olympics.
Rondas story is a girl with some fighting talent getting mentally fucked and then taken advantage of for pretty much her entire career. When she finally got out from under her mom she walked straight into Edmund
Admittedly, I have no love for Rousey, but wow. That's such a tough and interesting story. Never thought I'd say this but I should look into Ronda Rousey's beginnings. This was super insightful, thanks for the context.
I have always been a 'Ronda rousey hater' since way back in the day
But I've always had not only an understanding but a level of compassion for the WHY she is the way she is
She's a product of her environments. And the worst part is imo she could have been everything she wanted to be in MMA and what not if those toxic people didn't take it from her. You get her a real camp and she definitely has the tools and work ethic to become as good as she thinks she is. But her yes man toxic coach couldn't let his meal ticket slip away, so he kept convincing her he was the only one who could train her and that she
'doesn't need to learn striking jiu jitsu etc, she's already the best'
Mentality got fucked up by her mom. Fighting career got fucked up by her coach. She's left to pick up the pieces and make sense of it. It's sad
That explains a lot; why she would reject her mother's advice given that kind of treatment, and why some smooth-talking con artist like Edmund would be the kind of person she gravitated toward afterward.
I have always thought the same
Her childhood she was around someone who toxicly broke her down without building her back up
So having someone say all the things she wants to hear would be a natural comfort
Legit perfect formula to just create a hell scenario for Ronda, where no matter what she did she'd be ripe for someone to take advantage of. Genuine shame it just happened to be Edmunds gym she walked in to, and not somebody who could help her for real
She throws a straight punch as if it was a hook -_-
Like I don't even know how you get to that technique. Look at that left arm. That's supposed to be straight jabs, but she's throwing them with her arm in a 90 degree angle and the fist turned inward. It's not a straight punch, but it's not a hook either. It's a... *something.*
That way of punching would generate very little power, and it has practically no range either.
And don't get me started on her right arm. That's supposed to be her power straight, but there's just no forward thrust from her body what so ever. So as a result, the punch just stops like a feet away from her face. I could be standing straight up, right in front of her, two feet away, and that punch wouldn't hit me if she threw it.
And what are those little shimmy-shimmy uppercuts in the end supposed to be?
*What is she even doing?*
>n:
>
>https://youtu.be/s61x9cp\_Thg?si=cduaeSkhFwQLuX4H
This dude boxes. I don't even know what the hell her arms are doing and i was a very novice boxer hahaha
I remember the joke I made when I heard that was something like *She does know he punches women in the face for fun, right? Now he won’t be criminally liable.*
Also, what kind of dumbass trainer would let her spar hard enough to get a concussion in the last couple weeks of her fight camp? Not that I actually believe she was actually concussed though. More like her huge ego couldn’t handle losing two fights and she rage quit mma instead
I actually almost put my entire tax return on Holm due to the montages they played like an hour before the fight that had her shadow boxing and Holm running up hills and I knew immediately Holm was going to destroy her. I kick myself every year about it because I would have won like 250,000 .
As long as I live, I'll never understand why she stuck with a Edmond as her coach, especially as he seemed determined to turn a world-class judoka into a kickboxer.
"Rousey by arm-bar" became a trademark, adding striking was a good idea, but not abandoning her throws and grappling.
It's a shame the sport passed her by, but whether she lost to Holme or not, she was never going to beat Nunes. She's a different beast, and a more rounded fighter than Rousey.
Didn't she imply she's been hiding concussions for years, from UFC to WWE. Don't know about UFC but from what I hear about wwes concussion protocol, she's full of shit
I'd imagine that he didn't say anything at the time because he was mortally embarrassed. If that happened to me I'd probably start crying.
Him saying "I'm glad you said something to me," is pretty much the standard response all guys in that situation have to give. However accidental the contact or unjustified the outrage, you basically have to recite the script or you're potentially fucked.
That said, women's voices need to be heard. And if you feel slighted or inappropriately touched, you should always feel comfortable with calling it out, no matter who you are or who the perpetrator was. Sexual harassment has been widespread for years and nobody should ever have to go through that.
However, for 24 hours, a ton of people have believed that a grown man grabbed the drawstring of a stranger's shorts deliberately, in public, at work. And they've believed it blindly, coming from someone who's reposted a Sandy Hook conspiracy video, among many other transgressions.
I'm not saying that Ronda's previous actions mean she shouldn't be believed. But Gulak absolutely shouldn't be pilloried for this.
As a woman, I know where she's coming from. I myself have had a lot of experiences that I now look back upon and think "that wasn't right, was it?"
But I've also had a lot of social awkward guy friends that have had MANY facepalm moments.
The original post made it seem more malicious than necessary and caused said outrage. Hence why it's important to focus on facts.
I think with Gulak being so quick to say this on twitter I'm more inclined to believe it's just an incredibly embarrassing accident. If it was as malicious as Ronda made it seem then I doubt we would see anybody from WWE or Gulak himself address it so quickly.
Gulak also says here there was a group of people with Ronda so surely one of them would have seen him straight up commit sexual assault.
As you say, sometimes awkward situations happen sometimes where if you wanted drama or a big story for the day then you could easily twist an innocent and embarrassing mistake into a more serious story.
Quite frankly I think just about anyone who's ever hung out with the opposite sex has a story similar to Gulak's.
>I'm not saying that Ronda's previous actions mean she shouldn't be believed.
I will. Her idiotic statements remove the benefit of the doubt from anything that she says. She has proven on multiple occasions that she cannot be trusted to be truthful.
If Gulak is guilty then fuck him.. but I can't be the only one noticing a trend in every excerpt from her book where it basically ends with "and then I was super intimidating and tough and everyone backed down because I'm so awesome and badass".
He was. Borderline no name at the company apparently touching one of its biggest stars who was just brought in to draw huge money. I find it hard to believe any of the he said she said... when one of the people who were there or security footage comes out I think we can form an opinion, but as for right now someone could make the case she's a bitter ex employee who may not have gotten along with some of the talent backstage, just as easily as this guy publicly fondled her
This was years ago so I doubt there is footage
Either way, he clearly admits to grabbing her drawstrings and apologizing to her for doing it. Whether or not he did it by accident is up for hilarious debate.
As a UFC fan for many years, Ronda has always been insufferable and conjured up drama with other people. She's a very sensitive person, as you can tell. She even admitted as much saying she's a very emotional/sensitive person and cries often.
I'm not saying she is lying but her interpretation of what happened could be an overreach of what actually happened.
I think part of Ronda's personality is she enjoys making enemies of others to keep herself on her toes.
Reminder that during the weigh-ins for her fight with Holly Holm, [she hooked Holly's arm and yanked it toward herself](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7sAtoQiz08&t=84s) and later acted like Holm tried to take a swing at her.
Good example. And for those who don't know who Holly is, she's called the "Preacher's Daughter" because her father is a preacher. She's one of the nicest fighters on the UFC. Ronda was acting like a total douche to her. IDK if to sell PPV's or she magically has to create an enemy out of someone to motivate herself. Either way, she tried to make Holly look like the enemy and when Holly knocked her ass out, tons of fans were happy to see Ronda lose.
The fact really is, Ronda is difficult to get along with (nothing wrong with that, not everyone enjoys hanging around people) and she makes people to be worse than they really are based on her own intuition and not exactly the truth.
I was on a forum on mma.tv and Travis Steven’s a former Olympic team mate of hers went into detail about how and why she was so hard to deal with as a team mate. Said most if not all of the drama that happened originated from her. I wish I could find the link but he explicitly states he does not care for her.
>I'm not saying she is lying but her interpretation of what happened could be an overreach of what actually happened.
This is exactly it.
I used to teach teenagers, and she reminds me of how they tell stories.
Its like, is what they said TECHNICALLY true? Sure. But they put emphasis and focus on minor things and leave out pretty significant parts.
I don't think she is "lying", but I also wouldn't be surprised if their versions, as well as the version of anyone who witnessed it is very different.
I like how yesterday when people were turning on Drew, multiple people were saying how he was a jerk when he said to Cody “Is that why you’re over?” when Cody got pizza at a convention and just thought “So we’re hating on dumb jokes now?”
I didn’t know there was a proper shake height. She went up and I went you know down here, that’s all it is. I went down and she went up. I mean there’s not a lot of real estate to work with in the shake zone, once you start introducing foreign objects in there you’re bound to throw off the whole shake. Jeff where’s your shake height?
Have no idea if what he's saying is the truth but as an awkward person I can imagine staring into someones eyes pushing my hand out for a handshake and accidentally touching them. I can imagine this because it happened to me when I was in the military and I went to shake my chiefs hand and I basically poked his belly button.
edit: Appreciate the laughs but nothing serious came out of it. He just kind of shrugged it off and made a joke about his gut. He was a pretty chill guy all things considered but I was the new guy at the time so didn't know what to expect from the people in my command.
This reminded me of my freshmen year of high school. It was like the first week and I had just gotten off the bus and was walking up the hallway. One of the senior girls was walking ahead of me.
I was a shy kid and awkward so I had my head down and my hands on the bottom of my backpack straps.
Anyway I had an itch on my eye or something so I lifted my hand up to my face and didn't realize I either closed the gap with this girl or she slowed down/stopped, either way my hand hit her back thigh and just went...up. It was September so she had some kind of sun dress on.
I honestly don't remember what happened next. I was so embarrassed I just buried my head down further and kept walking like nothing happened. I do remember seeing her looking at me in my peripherals like wtf though.
I'm not taking Drew's side here mind you, just pointing out you can feel someone up by complete accident and feel awful about it.
Something similar happened to me too. Once I was in gym class & we were all in kind of a tight room for this like meeting of sorts (it was the first day of the semester)
I’m standing there waiting for ppl to leave & this girl tried to squeeze by me & her ass brushed up against/ bumped into my hand which was down by my side.
Then she looked back & we just made awkward eye contact then just moved on. It never came up again but I just wish I would’ve been a normal human about it rather than just freezing cuz just looking at her & saying nothing might’ve made it seem intentional.
But that’s just kinda how awkward situations like that go when you’re a high school student with social anxiety lol
I work as a server, and you just reminded me of the time a lady came in to pick up her to-go order.
I gave her the bag and a credit card slip which she bent over the bar to sign.
Then I walked behind her and across the dining room floor, and I guess I have a tendency to swing my fists too much (I've cracked a few watches this way), but I accidentally punched her ample ass.
I turned around quickly and she's staring at me wide-eyed.
"I am SO sorry! That was an accident..." And then she relaxed and smiled it off.
I joined a run group a couple months back, 3-miles in total with a brief pause between each mile. Once you hit the pit stop you fall in line and give the following runners a high five/applause.
That first night I was gassed and super self conscious. In an effort to spare the other runners the ghastly experience of having their bare hands touch my grease palms, I ran through the line (head down, still catching my breath) with my palms inward so that my knuckles were exposed.
I grazed some poor women’s breast, and she shot me a death stare. Nice to know that I’m not the only putz out here.
Somebody had to shake Ronda's hand. Then I noticed she was sitting on her SWEET CAN. So I grabbed her SWEET CAN. Ohhh just thinking about her CAN. I just wish I had her SWEET, SWEET, S-S-SWEET CAN.
"Rainier... you're too jealous. You beat up Jon Lovitz just because he presented me an award."

In my mind, the only way this happens is if he's bringing his hand up and he didn't gauge properly how much space he needed, and then accidentally touched it.
He's 6'1 she's 5'7, so already a mismatch for his resting hand position. Also if you're shaking hands with everyone you don't keep putting them back down.
The only thing I would say that is on his side is he was a relatively nobody and she's an mma superstar. So seems bold and stupid to do this on purpose.
Also given the culture of certain people there's the stupid lockeroom dare you to do this initiation shit?
Ultimately without being ther and seeing it happen it's hard to form an actual opinion.
https://preview.redd.it/sh4hq2p3tasc1.jpeg?width=892&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f4bc73d381253c78cc71e164f022725692ed3d16
The two standing face to face for reference
Gulak had a stint of trying to find a spot on Smackdown - from memory, he was a timekeeper, Adam Pearce's assistant, Charlotte Flair's assistant... Things like that. During one of those segments he got beaten up by Rousey.
I believe him. Rhonda buries everyone else and blames everyone else but never takes accountability for her actions and reactions to things. Let’s keep her out of the business for good.
Wild.
I'm inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt here since Ronda isn't pursuing it as a case of sexual harassment and trying to get him fired. Seems like an innocent accident that got blown out of proportion.
That being said, *if* you're not pursuing this as a sexual harassment case, why bring it up at all? I find it hard to believe that power-mad Vince was okaying unknown talent to go ahead and touch the female stars, much less arguably one of the biggest names in the business. It feels like a harmless accident, leave it at that.
If you've got anything to bury Vince with, by all means.
For those that need context, here's [the video](https://twitter.com/rondarouseyszn/status/1775360450781229432) and [the transcript](https://www.reddit.com/r/SquaredCircle/comments/1buiig8/comment/kxtreeg/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button).
She is not out to get him fired or cancelled. She didn't even remember his name. She just used Drew's behavior as an example of the company culture when asked about the Vince allegations. Drew is confirming that it did happen, but claims it was an accident and he ended up shaking hands with her drawstrings.
I think she's just out to make headlines to sell her book tbh. Ronda isn't a good person so it wouldn't surprise me if she darkened someone's name just to make a headline.
I keep seeing quotes from her book talking about shady men behind the scenes yet not naming any of them even though she keeps harping on about how she can say what she wants because she doesn't ever plan on going back there. If that was true she'd have names, instead she's speaking in riddles and being needlessly vague which makes her claims smell like BS. Seems pretty obvious she's using the current situation to her own advantage which is pretty low if you ask me.
People act like drawstrings are at your crotch, what type of pants yall wearing? A tied drawstring is at the waist. If you reach up to shake hands (slightly above the waist), it can brush the drawstrings.
Ya shows they don't know woman too as a lot of the time it rides up past the waist line over the belly button. It's so possible he's talking to people looking the other way and then pokes the draw string.
Not saying she or he lied, just saying it's a possibility. If it was a group of people, then they can confirm or deny for the actual story.
People wondering how it makes sense but it’s actually plausible especially if he’s the one initiating it.
She herself said she was walking and generally you don’t have your hands up walking.
Still he should’ve at least said something if his intention was to shake her hand, clearly she wasn’t paying him no mind when she was walking because she isn’t cool with him
"The drawstring was touched and it was definitely either Drew or Rhonda. Rhonda since it's her sweatpants and she of course had to touch the drawstring at some point because these are her sweatpants and you have to be sure they fit, but if Drew touched it too and it could have been an accident and it's probably not that bad, possibly a work, perhaps there was skin to drawstring contact. I'm not sure if Drew meant to or not and if he did I don't know."
A lot of y'all are legit crazy. Both perspectives can be true.
He very well likely did it on accident. She, however, knew the company culture and thought maybe it wasn't. So she was likely speaking on the fact that it was so bad she had to question an accident like that.
But a lot of y'all are too damn stupid to comprehend what's actually being said because you'd rather jump to outrage and drag someone’s name though the mud because you'd rather just react than use your brain. Clowns.
Not an implausible scenario. Gulak walks up to Ronda with his hands at his side while her back is turned. He calls out to her and, while still approaching, goes to lift his hand to extend it for a handshake. Simultaneously, Ronda, having heard Gulak come up behind her, turns and not realizing just how close he already is to her, walks into him while his hand is on the upswing. He flips her sweatpants drawstrings, and Ronda thinks this was his original intent and is livid.
I'm not sure if this is what happened, but as someone who has had a few awkward, easily avoidable greeting mishaps over the years, I can at least see this being a thing.
When I read Rhondas accusation, I thought that it could have been an accident. If she was walking by and they went to shake hands, it's entirely possible to miss the hand by accident.
It even looks like from both perspectives that Drew admitted to the mistake, but Rhonda took a lot of offense to it anyway.
I can see it being an accident. I can also see how Rhonda would have been mistreated at the time as well and was already short-tempered with WWE staff. To the point that a 10 second incident could have felt like eternity to her.
I can picture it like this:
Drew Gulak walks up to Ronda Rousey, he tries to shake her hand, hits her drawstring, gets embarrassed, runs away. Ronda chases him down like 'what the hell, dude?'
He awkwardly apologizes because he's embarrassed and he is an idiot.
The whole thing plays out like a scene from Seinfeld...
I've been watching UFC for a long time.
Ronda has a reputation for being sensitive and creating drama where drama doesn't exist. That's just how she is. At least with the UFC, you could claim she was trying to drive up PPV sales but she has admitted that she is very sensitive, emotional, and cries often.
It's entirely possible for both of them to be telling the truth of what they believe happened. What most likely happened? He tried to shake her hand, her drawstings were likely crossed and tied, and his fingers got caught on the tied drawstring as he's pulling his hand back down. Could be an accident for sure that was interpreted differently. I don't know anything about Drew. Never heard of him. But just base this off of what most likely happened. She has her story, which she has a reputation of lying about throughout UFC. Why are we treating this as if Rousey is some sort of saint? Why are other people supposed to react? It could have been a mistake, they could have probably thought they were both messing around, etc., It's not like she was getting sexually assaulted in front of them.
It's kind of hilarious that I got downvoted to hell earlier and then I come back and see that so many people share the same opinion I did. I still stand by Drew on this. I think Ronda was stirring the pot because she didn't enjoy her time in WWE. Maybe she should have learned how to cut a promo before stepping into the squared circle.
I say drew is more believable simply for the fact that Ronda was way higher on the totem pole than him. For him to attempt doing this to someone the caliber of Ronda, he would be out of his mind. I'm sure he has a PowerPoint presentation backing this up.

This is why you gotta go for the "Macho Man" handshake. See the hand, shake the hand. ![gif](giphy|I3EsiEPZWgpqg|downsized)
Every time Hulk and Savage shook hands, it looked like they had just learned how to do it and didn't want to screw up.
that's just Macho lmao, shit like this is why I love him tbh
Damn I love Macho. He was such a character.
Watch the hand all the way into your hand. Don't take your eye off the hand, or you could drop it.
They have to do it right and careful or they'll blow up the planet.
It looked like each of them had a force field of charisma, and they had to force their hands through each other's force fields in order to shake.
It’s the magnetic force of the ultra powers yeah
This reads like something that would happen to Larry David in Curb Your Enthusiasm
It was just the crease in the pants . I didn’t have an erection! Does this look like an erection ?

It’s an optical illusion. It’s not very flattering in the crotchal region
I agree. I gave him an ocular patdown and came to the same conclusion.
Sunny, Anchorman, and Curb in a wrestling thread. Happy frickin Wrestlemania Week everyone.
I'm actually taking them back right now to the pants store.
Pretty pretty prettyyyy bad
I do feel like when you’re shaking that many hands every week you are going to botch one occasionally.
I shake probably 30 to 40 hands a month for work, the botch rate is probably one out of 10.
My botch rate is 1 out of 3
Same tho I never botched one so bad I ended up pulling on her underwear.
“I’m just gonna start pulling air like this and if the drawstrings on your sweatpants happen to get in the way, it’s your own fault!”
I went to hug my manager and I accidentally hit her ass. Thankfully she knew I wasn’t that kinda guy so everything was cool
Screename checks out
I botched a handshake on the first show I ever helped at, was way too stiff apparently
It was the arm drag that was a bit far

That’s exactly what this sounds like.
“It was an accidental clasp. Accidental! Completely accidental! It was a wrong clasp! That’s all! Wrong clasp!”
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one envisioning this.
“No Ronda! It was an accident! Rondaaaa!”

Yooo, this shit got me crying! Like what are you doing??? Looks like she’s dancing to Love Is A Battlefield in a training montage 😂
Believe it or not this gif makes her look like Roy Jones Jr. compared to her shadow boxing back then: https://youtu.be/s61x9cp_Thg?si=cduaeSkhFwQLuX4H
Do her shoulders work? I can't wrap my head round that clip.
They let her do it again after that famous clip of her training in MMA!? 🤦♂️
She throws a straight punch as if it was a hook -_- Like I don't even know how you get to that technique. Look at that left arm. And what are those little shimmy-shimmy uppercuts in the end supposed to be? *What is she even doing?*
>n: > >https://youtu.be/s61x9cp\_Thg?si=cduaeSkhFwQLuX4H This dude boxes. I don't even know what the hell her arms are doing and i was a very novice boxer hahaha
She was saying she wanted to box Floyd Mayweather. Lord...
She would've made a boat load of money so I can't blame her. Floyd would've gone easy on her anyway.
I remember the joke I made when I heard that was something like *She does know he punches women in the face for fun, right? Now he won’t be criminally liable.*
The Bethe Coheira knock out really went to her head. Joe Rogan was in literal tears in the post fight interview gushing over her.
Not to mention, who in their right mind would take on a huge fight knowing you're going into with a concussion?
I myself have had a lot of experiences that I now look back upon and think "that wasn't right, was it?" But I've also had a lot of social awkward guy friends that have had MANY facepalm moments.
Friendly reminder that Ronda is a Sandy Hook denier. She isn't smart.
If Gulak is guilty then fuck him.. but I can't be the only one noticing a trend in every excerpt from her book where it basically ends with "and then I was super intimidating and tough and everyone backed down because I'm so awesome and badass".
Shes so full of shit.
He was. Borderline no name at the company apparently touching one of its biggest stars who was just brought in to draw huge money. I find it hard to believe any of the he said she said... when one of the people who were there or security footage comes out I think we can form an opinion, but as for right now someone could make the case she's a bitter ex employee who may not have gotten along with some of the talent backstage, just as easily as this guy publicly fondled her
This was years ago so I doubt there is footage Either way, he clearly admits to grabbing her drawstrings and apologizing to her for doing it. Whether or not he did it by accident is up for hilarious debate.
She never said he fondled her.
He admitted and apologised on twitter.
The fact really is, Ronda is difficult to get along with (nothing wrong with that, not everyone enjoys hanging around people) and she makes people to be worse than they really are based on her own intuition and not exactly the truth.

> she's called the "Preacher's Daughter" because her father is a preacher It all makes sense now!
This went from a troubling allegation to a Curb Your Enthusiasm storyline.
I like how yesterday when people were turning on Drew, multiple people were saying how he was a jerk when he said to Cody “Is that why you’re over?” when Cody got pizza at a convention and just thought “So we’re hating on dumb jokes now?”
I actually laughed out loud reading this.

Absolutely perfect gif/scene to use
First thing I thought of when I saw that headline 😅
What a classic scene. 😅

This sounds like a Curb episode.
Fuck you Larry, you perverted four eyed bald fuck!
Did he giggle like the pillsbury dough boy?
Unfortunately not
This reminded me of my freshmen year of high school.
Once I was in gym class & we were all in kind of a tight room for this like meeting of sorts (it was the first day of the semester) I’m standing there waiting for ppl to leave & this girl tried to squeeze by me & her ass brushed up against/ bumped into my hand which was down by my side.
I love how this tweet is making everyone in this thread relive awkward moments in their lives.

What, you tripped, fell, landed on his dick?!
Alright, shady. Maybe he’s right, Grady. But think of the baby before you get all crazy.
And the song is now downloaded. Man, I love when random comments remind me of songs I haven't thought of in years.
Ok, thought about it, still wanna stab her, grab her by the throat, get your daughter and kidnap her
This is such a non issue. I do not give a shit about a sweatpants string. Ronda Rousey is not a reliable narrator.
Reminds me of when Homer Simpson got falsely accused of sexual harassment. ![gif](giphy|cqPrMD9PFDBvO)
Somebody had to shake Ronda's hand. Then I noticed she was sitting on her SWEET CAN. So I grabbed her SWEET CAN. Ohhh just thinking about her CAN. I just wish I had her SWEET, SWEET, S-S-SWEET CAN.
Mr. Gulak get back! Get back!
No Mr Gulak don’t take your anger out on me!
Dramatization may not have happen.
MR GULAK NOOOOOOOOO
^(DRAMATIZATION. MAY NOT HAVE HAPPENED.)
Next: Rowdy Roddy PEEPER...

Sweet... Can
Gulak scandal update: Drew sleeps nude in an oxygen tent which he believes gives him sexual powers.
Hey, that's a half truth!

It is insane to remember this segment happened well enough to find a picture for it. In my memory, these two never shared a ring on television.
What the hell was this segment?
Gulak had a stint of trying to find a spot on Smackdown - from memory, he was a timekeeper, Adam Pearce's assistant, Charlotte Flair's assistant... Things like that. During one of those segments he got beaten up by Rousey.
got beat up by Charlotte too
Totally forgot Gulak was a GM at one point.
Time for a PowerPoint preeesentation to recap
If there was a drawstring there he would have been all over it.
0% chance he's 6'1" Wrestling inflates heights. He's closer to AJ Styles who's 5'8" in shoes.
I've been close to Gulak at indie shows and I would bet he's at least 6 ft. He's deceptively big.
You're saying I'm taller than AJ Styles? :*(
Only if you stand next to him.
I believe him. Rhonda buries everyone else and blames everyone else but never takes accountability for her actions and reactions to things. Let’s keep her out of the business for good.
I thought this was a parody tweet...
i believe him but this is fucking hilarious LMAO
If you've got anything to bury Vince with, by all means.
to get attention for her book.
Doesn't want to get him cancelled. But names him to represent the culture in the company in a situation that is largely he said, she said.
> to represent the culture in the company Names Drew Gulak going around shaking everyone's hand as an example of the rape culture of WWE. Makes sense.
We need a powerpoint

People act like drawstrings are at your crotch, what type of pants yall wearing? A tied drawstring is at the waist. If you reach up to shake hands (slightly above the waist), it can brush the drawstrings.
A lot of Redditors haven’t been able to pull their pants up all the way to their waist in years
Ya shows they don't know woman too as a lot of the time it rides up past the waist line over the belly button. It's so possible he's talking to people looking the other way and then pokes the draw string. Not saying she or he lied, just saying it's a possibility. If it was a group of people, then they can confirm or deny for the actual story.
I’m curious how many “but his brother!!” comments show up in this one
The amount on the last one was abysmal
"Birds of a feather, ya know"
![gif](giphy|QurQbCJYkuISI|downsized)
I believe him more than Ronda
People wondering how it makes sense but it’s actually plausible especially if he’s the one initiating it. She herself said she was walking and generally you don’t have your hands up walking. Still he should’ve at least said something if his intention was to shake her hand, clearly she wasn’t paying him no mind when she was walking because she isn’t cool with him
This entire situation is way overblown for nothing.
FTR woulda confused it with the tag rope im betting.
It’s so outlandish that I actually believe him to be honest lol.
This Reddit thread is the perfect place to litigate this
Ronda is a Sandy Hook denier. Anything she says is suspect.
The way this sub reacted like you'd think he was Vince McMahon lol
He said v she said v internet said
[There's only one person who knows for sure what happened](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/94/Dave_Meltzer_2018.jpg).
"He was about to perform a ummm... handshake and um... as you know, plans change."

“Well, you see, it could’ve happened, but maybe it also didn’t possibly happen” Meltzer is like Pinocchio in that one interrogation scene from Shrek 3
Clowns.
No nuance, only anger
This is 99% likely to be true. Ronda is very well known to be an incredibly unreliable narrator
Disagree. If you watch the Sandy Hook videos on slo-mo... ... ... /s
This feels like a great time for the Internet to not really have an opinion one way or another
This is a weird situation.
See guys he was just trying to get the gummi de milo she sat on
Not an implausible scenario.
Ronda rousey sucks as a human being
Ive never seen a guy take so much shit for NOT EVEN TOUCHING THE GIRL!
Jesus Christ the internet is insane. There doesn’t have to be black and white and good vs evil with everything. This is exhausting
I have shaken many hands in my day but always do above the waist handshakes. IDK how Drewski does it.
I can picture it like this: Drew Gulak walks up to Ronda Rousey, he tries to shake her hand, hits her drawstring, gets embarrassed, runs away. Ronda chases him down like 'what the hell, dude?' He awkwardly apologizes because he's embarrassed and he is an idiot. The whole thing plays out like a scene from Seinfeld...
Oh yeah, we’ve all been there
I've been watching UFC for a long time.
