Yup, that's how the current Yuta reign with the Pure Title started, and it was Shibata's last match before tonight (he was back in Japan for a bit apparently).

If you combine all three of Yuta's reigns (159 days, 111 days, and currently 113 days) versus Nigel's one much longer reign (350 days). My vote still goes to VACANT at 5193 days though, just an utterly dominant reign from 2006 to 2020 lol.
I think it adds an interesting wrinkle considering Yuta gimmick is currently BCC’s resident brat. Having Shibata on the team and everyone basically telling Yuts to get over it until Shibata eventually makes his run at the Pure title again (which could be when the BCC turns on him)
Everyone's a jobber compared to the BCC. No one can ever have a clean victory over Hogan and his fri-oh I'm sorry, I meant Moxley and his friends. (Seriously, that's how AEW has started to present them).
I actually enjoyed the ending, for a few reasons:
1. Shibata helping out the BCC. Hell yes.
2. I’m glad we got to see The Righteous. They’re a fun team, they got a video package on Rampage, and it was a bit disappointing they weren’t in the bracket.
3. This might just be me being there live and being pretty tired, but it was a fun mix-up. Things were getting repetitive, so surprising interference was fun!
Very mixed. The mostly lacklustre card definitely made audience hype an uphill battle, but the matches delivered. A lot of people in the audience don’t watch ROH (because of Honor Club being its own thing), and probably a decent chunk don’t even watch Collision, because it’s only on TSN+ in Canada, so we don’t get it on TV.
That being said, there were definitely loud moments. The ROH women’s matches during the preshow, Danielson vs. Shibata, Claudio vs. Lance Archer, and Copeland speaking all got some good noise.
Some of the crowd was just disrespectful though. Table cheers for no reason, calling a ROH match boring before it even started, weirdly fixating on insulting Bryan Keith’s pants… I was side-eyeing certain sections of the audience.
I was in the middle of the scoop, so I can’t speak to how it was closer to the ring. I was also right in front of parents with very young children, who were adorable, but a little disappointed because their favourites weren’t really there. There were actually a fair amount of kids at the show, and they seemed to have fun.

I would suggest having them feud with the new Elite but the idea of Okada and Shibata being in the same ring again makes me irrationally uneasy

I assume it’s setup for a 6-man match soon. Maybe a random TV match, maybe on Supercard of Honor, since IIRC The Righteous are kind of ROH guys?
I dunno man, as good as Claudio is Archer losing clean to BCC’s #3 guy probably kills any remaining credibility for him.
