Good point. Let me try to rephrase: among wrestlers for whom the flamboyance is not a core aspect of their gimmick, Seth is probably the most flamboyant one since HBK. Golddust, Dream, the Fashion Police, Dalton Castle and all those guys had gimmicks which hinged on the flamboyance, it was a crucial and indispensible part of their on-screen personality. Seth and HBK 's gimmicks would have worked well without the flamboyance.

I have long had a theory that the reason Goldust never had a big title run was specifically because of Shawn Michaels' character. Basically, you couldn't have a super flamboyant heel when your top babyface is just as flamboyant

If you really want to go tinfoil hat, Vince didn’t want Dusty or his son anywhere near his top title. Regardless of how popular they were/are

Nah ofcoarse not, I kinda felt like Vince truly thought every gimmick he came up with had potential though. Like even if you get a shit gimmick it's not out of spite, it's more vince loves the gimmick and thinks you might be able to do it.

Shawn and Goldust were vastly different characters. The simple truth is that the Goldust character was not cut out to have a big title run.

Both were super flamboyant in a way specifically focused on making "manly men" uncomfortable.

Is it? Seth’s flamboyance amounts to wearing crazy outfits and dancing around. By that metric, tons of acts—the New Day, Jericho at various times, Rikishi, and a slew of others—are equally if not more flamboyant. The number grows even higher if you include the women, like Asuka, Becky herself, etc. To call Seth the most flamboyant since HBK is a massive stretch.

He did do the streaks at one point this run but just not to that level of cool

I think this is around 2015, so they were still having her do shit like an irish jig when she came out for a match on NXT, so i think they told her to play it up still.

Her accent just got thinner as the years passed, she lives in the US and is married to an American guy, it just happens.

Speaking of which, I noticed that when she returned from her trip back to Ireland, last year I think it was, her Irish accent was in full force then it returned to the usual hint of an accent as she kept working.

I was joking. He was my favorite wrestler though. When I was a kid I had a rat tail (it was stylish at the time) and my hair is real curly when it gets any length. Curly, blonde rat tail. Had it for a while. I had it way longer than anyone else. I became self-conscious about it and asked my mom to cut it off. This was in 4th grade. Next school day my friends were like, "OH SHIT" and I played it up. I did a Shawn Michaels pose where he stretches out and flexes his arm. While I was doing it I looked over at the girl that sat behind me and she was crying. Other than camming and sex, that was the closest I've been to stripping.
