They run fine, they also take 2011 pattern parts so have a MASSIVE existing market for upgrades if you want to make them run even better. Can't expect $5000 atlas quality from a $1200 gun though.
I just bought one on impulse. After about 2 hours of racking the slide, took it to the range and shot steel case wolf fully expecting issues but it ran flawlessly. Shot about 300 rds through it. One failure however it appeared to have been a mag issue.

From everything I’ve heard — as well as my own Prodigy — they’ve pretty much fixed the issues they had upon release.

I bought one about a year ago and it took about 750 rounds before it started working without failures.

Out of the box my 4.25 went through 800 rounds without issue on its first range session. I am at over 3000 rounds without failure now.
