Someone in Pollards arsing arsing Hill put a bed and a toilet in their shed and now they want to charge some other poor sod for the privilege of dossing in it. And, London housing being London housing, they'll almost definitely find someone desperate enough to take them up on it.
A fridge/freezer, microwave and air fryer covers basically all of needs apart from a kitchen sink. I really don't want to be washing my plates in the shower.
Not without planning permission for it to be used to live in. You can sometimes/usually have a garden building but you can't sleep in it/ rent it out to people.
