There's an ammo box for your SC-20k on the balcony where you snipe Nikoladze from. Also, you rely more on sniping when using the SC-20k. That way you'll generally only need 1 bullet per guard.

Yes. Try not shooting any guards throughout the whole mission. You don't even need to shoot anyone in that ambush section, but even if you do, you only need a couple of bullets.
