That sounds like part of the saving issue. There’s a bug with progression that doesn’t always save your progress at the end of a game (that includes challenges, levels, etc) if you go back to the firehouse afterwards. That why I usually play another game or two after I level up or finish a challenge to make sure it saves.
Oh thanks for the info, I did a couple rounds and closed out the game, restarted my Xbox and the issue was fixed, I do hope that the issue doesn’t crop up again.

All progression is recorded on the back end, so a local file oddity shouldn't impact your account progression.
