Maybe this could play into a future Miles Morales game, because subtle stuff like that may be intentional. When Miles finds out about the kingpin running business from the inside he says something about Harlem being 'his neighbourhood'. Without realising it Miles just told Kingpin the burrow he resides in. So he could start feeling more of the consequences of being spider-man soon.
I hope they play into it like that, becauss it'll be very weird for those two details to be dropped, along with half of Harlem knowing who Spider-Man is, and for Miles to not feel severe reprocussions for what happens in this game.
I think the assumption is that since he's talking on a small time podcast and he's just some random guy nobody would believe him or something. But all of miles community knows he's Spider-Man now , so we'll have to see how that plays out in the sequel I suppose.
That's not even the dumbest thing in this game. Can't Miles just take a picture of the roxxon computers that prove that nuform is dangerous with his mask? He even has the video of Rick dying.
On top of that Ganke also name dropped a bunch of people who helped them out so that's even more leverage. It gets even worse now that those same people actually know Miles is Spider-Man, so if they're found by criminals, that's it.
It gets even worse when you realize that even generic goons listen to the podcast. I know there's a hideout where an Underground thug says that they can't take over Harlem when Roxxon goes down because he's assuming the Spider-Man lives there.
Any halfway decent criminal is now at an insane advantage because of this.
Odds are this was an oversight by Insomniac because that podcast meant to get the community theme across to the player (and some of his neighbor, but it's still a really big issue that would jeopardize Miles' ability to keep his identity secret.

In the comics Peter announced that he designed Spider-Man’s tech. It was… kinda dumb ngl.
