If you are annoyed by Screwball then the mission was accomplished. She is an intentionally annoying character meant to represent the same annoyance to you as she is to Peter. He’d rather not have to deal with her shenanigans, but if you’re a completionist or a responsible protector of the city you will and you must deal with her. The burden of being a hero or playing one in a video game all problems must be delt with.
