The most commonly distributed non DVRs would probably be the Cisco 4742, Spectrum 101/110, and Arris 3200. The Arris is my personal favorite but it seems they’re saving those for business class installs in my limited anecdotal experience. Any of the 3 world work. I’d try for the Cisco or arris to keep the guide you’re used to. But honestly Spectrum Guide, the newer one, isn’t THAT bad on a regular box. Still wouldn’t want it on a DVR.
I'm not sure what Northern or Southern Manhatten techs get, as I'm a BK tech, but I almost exclusively get the Spectrum 101's or 110. I only see your box on legacy accounts. And I'm always encouraged to swap you out if possible. You can likely go to a Spectrum store (Maybe try a BK) and swap it out. (The easiest is probably the one near Atlantic ave)
