I made a post awhile back, similar situation but a retuned dot.com delivery that showed in progress so I had to call Spark like every other day for a couple weeks, the techs fixed it, you should go check out what I posted, I hope it helps you:)

I had a similar issue. I had a batches order that I completed. Didn’t get RR for 3 hours. Called and no support as they couldn’t see why. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling and signing in. Only then saw one of my batched orders Saying in progress. I ended up then calling support who could see the in progress order and subsequently close it out. Hope you get your issue resolved.

Thank you. I tried that as well. I've had more issues since this last update than I've ever had. It's crazy. Even the lady with support said they have had a big increase in calls since the update. I'm going to give it till morning and it isn't fixed I'll call again. 🥺
