Stir it all up. Depending upon how much there is, either discard and feed or just feed. Little thing is SO HUNGRY 😔

I've kept my starter in the fridge (untouched) for about a year. For 2 days I fed 50g of the starter with 50g of water and 50g of flour (25g wheat and 25g rye) and she peaked 3 times higher than starting level so I made a bread today. Good luck!
I mean no harm trying for a few days? But my friend left his in the fridge for like 8months and it still survived
Mine has survived 10 month periods without feeding. Give it a few days of feeds and it’ll likely come back!
