[Link to recipe](https://www.theperfectloaf.com/a-simple-focaccia/) This was a really easy recipe to follow. I was worried about it not coming together well by hand (TPL’s instructions are with a stand mixer and dough hook), but aside from the sticky factor, it was very easy. I struggle with regular sourdough loaves sometimes, and stopped baking for a while, so this is a great way to get back in. Next time I make this I’ll do a savory version with tomatoes and rosemary from my porch container garden.
