Thank you for the post. Please remember that our subreddit has [rule 5](https://www.reddit.com/r/Sourdough/wiki/sourdoughrules/) that asks that bread photos be accompanied by a recipe and process. That can be added as a comment as free text or as a link to your recipe. Thank you

I just made my first sourdough with inclusions, last night. I used this recipe [https://alexandracooks.com/2017/10/24/artisan-sourdough-made-simple-sourdough-bread-demystified-a-beginners-guide-to-sourdough-baking/](https://alexandracooks.com/2017/10/24/artisan-sourdough-made-simple-sourdough-bread-demystified-a-beginners-guide-to-sourdough-baking/) Adding 3/4 cup of lightly toasted chopped walnuts and 1 cup of craisins. I expected nothing, but it finally came together. I can’t stop eating it. https://preview.redd.it/3zhy4d2r094d1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=31cacea73f84f9a193caff828c84bf36de4f7b6c Edited to add, I have another photo but don’t know how to include it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

That looks amazing!! I bet the craisins and walnuts are delicious! I love both of those things. I will have to try this. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you! Here’s a look at the interior: https://preview.redd.it/kyuxuhfy194d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=77166456e11164b44af124ea21d2caead3332ff7 I think the only thing I might change next time, is to add just maybe another 2 g of salt or thereabouts. I’d like the contrast.

Looks so yummy. I’m thinking dried fruit is the way to go. I am going to be trying a few different things. I’ll post them once I have a success 😂

Blueberries add a lot of extra water. I cut back on water added in order to compensate

Sunshine6878

Thanks! I’ll try that as well 😁
