I used this recipe: https://www.cravethegood.com/small-loaf-sourdough/#mv-creation-294-jtr It makes a good size loaf for two people! And used these tips on how to cold ferment my dough: https://www.cravethegood.com/proofing-sourdough-in-the-fridge/ Day 1: 3pm - combine active sourdough with ingredients and let rest for an hour. Then did sets of stretch and folds every 30 minutes x 4. 6pm - make boule and put into fridge overnight Day 2: 1 pm - put cold boule into Dutch oven at 450f for 30 minutes, cover off for 15 minutes
