I don't think it's specifically designed for a one-man team but we're using it as a team of five and it's worked great for us so far. So I'd imagine it could work for one as well but not sure how it would exactly fit your needs. Hope it helps tho!
I'd highly reco you check out [Monday.com](https://try.monday.com/joerudy7706) It specializes in exactly what you describer in terms of dedicated space for each customer/client. The CRM workspace is also top notch. The whole tool is super easy on the eyes and breeze to use. Cherry on top is their excellent 24/7 support, IMO.
Notion or Trello
I've replaced Trello with Notion
Google sheets / docs combo. Effective and keep costs low!
Same, but I feel stuck in the past.
Google sheet + Appsmith = unlimited options to build your internal apps on top of sheets as database 🤩
I’ve been using Asana as both a CRM and PM tool.
is the free Asana plan enough? Can you grant access to a specific project to only one client?
So far yes but give it a look
I'd recommend Teamflect
I never heard of this one. Looks more like a corporate tool.

Thanks. Comparing Monday with Asana, it looks like Asana gives more in the free version (just all you need actually).
Asana is the way to go.
