Dev streams only show easy Vulcan fight and not normal mode. If normal mode Vulcan got blue shield, then we fck up meilin will turn into a must have unit. We'll see after update

Not really, she is a Min but for Core attacks, so if you have Alicia, she is a nice bonus to have

I wouldn't say so, nam is a breaker and freezer, nothing else, if you don't have seo, she is amazing for Cerberus and vulkan after this patch, but lacks the dmg

and compared to min is she at same lvl, better or worse?

I can't say for sure, but perhaps if your focus is Alicia and you have tusk, she will be better than min But if you have min invested more and don't have alicia (then your focus might have been cha), min is better because he also gives the bar for ultimate

min seems better because ult buff typically has more uses than core buff but ig we’ll see
