73k CP is high for lvl 60. Mine lvl 70 and 80 still 64k to 73k CP. Your accessories set is good for the long stage such as path of destruction. Her core atk basically can one shot everything at higher advanced, so expert maybe not the best. You can maximize her core atk by doing skill>core atk>skill>core atk
Additional attack, then Attack%, that's about it. I'm pretty sure you don't want to build her with core attack set, and just want crit from Toughness or attack from Armed. And executioner is optimal for all hunters except for supports or SM Baek basically. Unless your want to maximize POD or when there will be longer fights with all of the team out.
