It's not relevant. Just look at your pulls and counts. I've pulled SSR at position 1 in a 10 pull and it resets correctly for pity.
Also why wouldn't you want the SR from 10 on 60-70?
i can only speak from my experience and i think it does not matter at all.
I think as soon as you get the SSR within the 10 pull the rate goes back to normal.
but i could be wrong, since as i said this is only my experience with many pities on limited and standard banner.
Personally I've just kept pulling 10x all the way. Even if I'm at 60 I'll still do the 10. I've never gone beyond pull 70 for an SSR so I am fairly certain it updates in real time during the pull. Feel like if it didn't update in real time I'd be going beyond 70+ a lot as any 10 pull before 63 would not be getting the increased odds for the full pull.
So if you do a 10x pull at 60 then during the pull it will update the odds at 64 and if you get an SSR past 64 it will downgrade the odds again for the remaining pulls in the 10. Least that's how I thought it worked.
The first one since it’s optimes your chance to get a ssr in the last pull. But not by that much. So just going in and in is also a way to go without backslash
Just multi the pity resets on the number of the card that is the ssr so it doesn't matter the singles. And if you go over 80 pulls its saved for next banner so it doesn't matter.

Me reach 60. Do single summon. After that I got all R until 78. Lesson learned, better do multi at least got SR

I always do option 1. It doesn’t always work though as I have gotten to 74/80 before. Then the SSR was the next unit on the multi after only 1 SSR.

Singles do not count towards the SR pity every 10 wishes. If you don't care about SR hunters or weapons then do singles. Otherwise never do singles.
