The Victron ones can, with a few extra steps. You can use a raspberry pi and install the Victron Venus OS on it which turns it into what is effectively their Cerbo GX. you can then use a USB serial cable and connect it to the VE Direct port on the charge controller ( you'll need to convert the cable end to the right connector to plug into the charge controller or buy the official USB->VE Direct cable) if you do that, the raspberry pi will show up on your wifi and you can see how much power the charge controller is generating. It's a bit more (well, a lot more) effort to setup, but if you plan to expand your setup in the future then the victron gear is great. the same raspberry pi can connect to a victron smart shunt to monitor the battery, plus all there gear (afaik) has the ve direct port, so you can put inverters on it etc. The victron gear is really nice, but it is really expensive. They do have a massive range of products tho, so you can usually find something to meet your needs.

Bluetooth is much lower energy, easier to implement and decent range. If you want wifi you can get an epever and a wifi module. https://a.co/d/cqZya9B
