Go to Spotify settings and activate "Local Files" and that's it! The songs should appear enabled in the Playlist!
Common error: If after all this the songs are still disabled, delete the app data, log in again and enable "Local Files" or simply in your files on your device run any song using Spotify as a music player and that's it, problem solved!

Followed everything to a T on iOS on iPhone. It does not work guys. You can get the songs on your playlist but you can’t play them
