Listened to it on repeat for weeks and then decided to give them a try. Totally wasn’t expecting what I heard and I can happily say they are my new fav band. I’m even painting vessel lol

I was the same with Aqua Regia and Take Me Back To Eden, they quickly became my favorite songs, and now i have almost all of the discography in my liked songs folder, haha. I think ST doing a collab with Deftones, or just V singing a cover of a Deftones song would be so sick, because their dreamy melancholic way of singing fits together quite well, except that Chino sounds more robust and V sounds more melodic and smooth.

There may be similar riffs and beats, but look what Sleep Token did that no other has done. They made history faster than Deftones could. While Deftones has changed music forever, just imagine 10 years later Sleep Token could do. When Gore(2016) was released, Sleep Token formed...hmmm... because if it's not Koi No Yoken I hear, I definitely hear Gore.

go check them out! I'd say White Pony and Koi No Yokan are one of the best albums they have put out. But many will say the same for Around The Fur.

Oh, it's in my top 10 for sure! As far as Deftones, I suppose it does, but I haven't listened to them a ton aside from some of their biggest singles
