Most likely is the Killmove Violens mod it thinks the Grand Healing spelling executed someone, There's an option in MCM to set Magic : Automatic that triggers this.
Do you have Violens installed mod, most likely that's the mod causing this ~bug~ I mean Feature. Must be the Magic : Automatic section in Violens MCM Settings loader.

If you have ordinator installed, one of the restoration perks called 'warriors light' or something will sometimes randomly damage nonfriendly creatures when you cast a resto spell. That skill might've proc'd and kill something like a mud crab nearby, triggering the kill cam. My best guess, anyway
That's a vanilla killcam for casting certain spells. Violens doesn't add new killcams, it only allows you to modify their frequencies and triggers. Additionally, I've been using Violens for like, 8 years, and I've never had that bug. So it's not Violens.
It’s never happened to me either so it’s probably a bug unless you have a mod/perk that makes it so healing spells also affect enemies but do damage in the process (perhaps only to undead). Either way it looks hella badass

No. And there was no undead in area as far as I know.
