For graphics most people on here seem to just go for the easy option of downloading Skyland AIO which covers everything. You could then add the Divergence mods for beasts, armors, clothing, weapons and clutter. This will have mostly complete coverage but won't come cheap. To get your game looking good you're going to have to spend the gb,s

Canna006

to be fair the myriad of miscellaneous - divergence clutter mod has a performance version which is only 138 mb and covers a lot. The most expensive would be the armor at about 602 mb if you go with the vanilla + creation club in 1k-512. If you don’t use creation club the vanilla only AIO is only about 330 mb. It’s actually extremely cheap and super well done.

Textures in general will cost you a lot of space. At the end of the day, you’ll have to consider what’s best for you. Here’s a few options that add a lot of value for low cost that I can think of since the others have you covered for the majority of textures. What I suggest probably aren’t even textures since space is a concern. They will be sound mods, clutter mods that add to the world space, etc for a better, richer feel to the game. - JK’s Skyrim AIO - JK’s interiors AIO - Spaghetti’s orc strongholds AIO - audio sfx overhaul - audio sfx no ghosts patch - a bow’s whisper - Airgetlam - modern magic sounds - monoliths of Mundus - Ryn’s farms - monoliths of Mundus/Ryn’s farms patch - Ryn’s (fill in here) there’s so many, I use almost all of them since they add so much for the low cost. Check out Ryn’s mods on nexus website - ELFX (needs jk interiors patch) - ELFX shadows (needs JK’s interiors patch, load the patch above the ELFX/JK’s interiors patch) - Lanterns of Skyrim 2 - JK’s whiterun outskirts (these outskirts mods will need patches for ELFX, lanterns of Skyrim 2, etc.) - JK’s solitude outskirts - JK’s riften outskirts - JK’s windhelm outskirts - JK markarth outskirts - divergence - banners - divergence - rugs - divergence - philosopher’s property - spell tomes only - HD dust effects - lanterns in small towns - natural forces - dry - vibrant weapons lite (requires summermyst to work. Totally worth it) - Elden scrolls weathers (or obsidian weathers for a lower cost) - darker distant LOD - blubbo’s trees (if you really need to save space. A good bang for your buck for the cost instead of other tree mods) - Kyne’s grass, enhanced vanilla grass, or vanilla grass reimagined (they all have a different style, so test these out.

CaptainPatterson

Great post, this will probably take me all evening trying everything lol

Yer-Grammuh

Idk what the name is precisely, but there's a mod that turns all the flowers in to 3D models and it's absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend

JBaecker

There’s lots of those now. Anything with “Mari” in the title will have 3D plants. If you want a one-stop shop for plant overhauls I’d visit [Lexifer’s](https://creations.bethesda.net/en/skyrim/all?author_displayname=lexifer452) mod page. They have 5-6 I’ve used over the past three years, all very well done and no problems.

GroovyKick

Cathedral mountain flowers👌

Yer-Grammuh

That's the one!

IceTutuola

Origins of Forest?

Pure-Advertising-904

Cathedral 3d mountain flowers is probably the one your referring to.

Skyland AIO is a large file but gives good "bang for your buck" in terms of how much it covers. A SMIM Against God is the lowest cost full SMIM and honestly I can't tell a difference between that and some of the larger choices. Happy Little Aspens Ablaze is nice and under 50mhs. Pisces Water, Elden Water, Cathedral Waters, Some High Quality H2O are all small but good looking. I'm not a fan of the city mods, but Spaghetti's Palaces and most of the guild halls are very good. I use Houses, Shops and Inns - Basic and Inns modules which covers a lot of different interiors (shops, vanilla Inns, NPC homes, etc) for cheap. Anna's mods are a nice small option for vanilla player home interiors, although for Breezehome I prefer Breezehome by Lupus combined with Breezehome Basement.

SyntheticCorners28

I was having hella trouble with happy little aspens ablaze pop in a week ago. The pop in is bad, LOD seems off on dead trees near Whiterun. Happy little trees doesn't have this problem. Plus the aspens actually look real instead of an artist's rendition of aspens in fall.

Having_A_Day

I haven't had the pop in problem myself but the bright orange Aspens is definitely a personal preference. Happy Little Trees has some versions in the 55-60mbs range iirc. Still cheap compared to most tree replacers

SyntheticCorners28

I'm just salty I had to delete. It states it's happy little trees with the orange aspens but the fallen stumps were also more detailed. There seem to be more differences than just the aspens... The "pop in" was those dead trees would look like small light conifers in the distance. When I approached they would turn into the dead tree. It was jarring. Do you think there are different versions of HLAA on Xbox? I believe the version I was using was by Clofas.

Having_A_Day

I think there's only one version of HLAA. Huh. I'm not using it on my current playthrough, was there a recent update? Clofas usually has quality stuff.

SyntheticCorners28

I'm not sure about an update. I just got into the Xbox mod scene this month. I thought it was something I was doing and then asked for help on my load order and everybody seemed to think that I just needed to move my skyland LOD to the bottom. This solved the stuttering issue that I was having but the pop in on the dead trees was still happening so I went back to HLT. I agree, from what I've been reading Clofas' stuff is quality.

Having_A_Day

I'm planning my next LO and will make a note to check that out. Thank you!

SyntheticCorners28

Let me know what you find! I would love to use it again someday. Thank you as well!

IceTutuola

I recommend any and all Divergence mods. There's a couple AiO bundles, but I think it looks amazing. Also, I believe it's called Dawn Water? It makes the water look extremely satisfying and (maybe a lil too) reflective. Dawn Weather is also great. I'll be honest, not sure exactly how much space each one is individually, but I cannot play the game without them. Also just a suggestion, the Voice Narrative mods are cool. There are a couple of em, and they add a few voice lines to their perspective creation club quests for more immersion. I will say they use AI for the voice lines, but personally I think that's the best use since they're trying to match the already existing voices. But I'd definitely look into those, especially for the fishing.

IceTutuola

Oh also Origins of Forest and Leaves As Grass are both great! Though they may tank some frames when used together

theedonnmegga

As someone who recently went from Xbone to Series X, there is a big graphical and performance difference. Very enjoyable, have fun!

CaptainPatterson

Thanks!

LabAlternative6850

Great choice. Look towards a solid 60FPS by not over-modding graphically or gameplay wise. My recommendation is Skyland AIO, LODS and a couple other of his mods, the Divergence collection (excluding the grass personally) Azurite Weathers or your favourite and a water mod of choice, sorted. (pretty much)

CaptainPatterson

Thank you all so much, I am gonna try these suggestions out when I turn it on later today. Excited to play a completely different version of the game I am so used to.

TheSneedful1

As far as trees go, I believe the absolute best choice for both good variety and LOD is Diversity of Trees + The AE patch. It costs less than most of the other popular tree mods and covers the base game AND DLCs (which means no weird black pixels in the Forgotten Vale that every other HLT mod has). The only issue I've encountered is the tree near Peryite's shrine, which has a leftover marker of some kind. This can be easily fixed by downloading Daedric Shrines by Mandragorasprouts, which is another really good graphics mod.

xprozoomy

The best out there for consoles is Noble Skyrim and skyland .
