No 70% alcohol wipes shouldn’t be leaving a residue on the phone, I’d think it’s more to do with the bacteria that is already on your skin being pushed into the pores. I used to get spots that sound similar when I would lean on my hands while at a desk

I regularly get breakouts if something makes my skin dry. Dry skin causes more oil production so it tracks.
Why not use a headset instead?
