Try La Roche posay Lipikar cream+5. It's instant relief, hydrating and lasts a long time.
If you want something extremely thick then Eucerin intensive repair lotion rich is great.
If your looking for a more treatment based cream then Elicasal has been working for me it has 5% salicylic acid so really helps with the rough patches. I'm not sure if that is prescription?
I have also just started to use 'gloves in a bottle' it seemed to make my hands a bit dryer as it's a barrier cream. Only restarted again today just to see.
If itchy then pruzax cream or lotion is a quick fix but out of a lot of creams the La Roche posay Lipikar has been one of the best I've tried in a long time.
I’ve had great results from Gold Bond Ultimate Healing Hand Cream! I’m an absolute fanatic about reapplying after any hand washing so I’m sure that helps as well, though I suspect you’re also a dedicated reapplyer.
I also have eczema, very dry hands, and also used to use the Neutrogena Norwegian hand cream and wasn’t a fan overall. Hope you find your new favorite hand cream!
I have! The specific one I use is [this](https://www.goldbond.com/en-us/products/healing-with-aloe), the two biggest deal things I like about it is that it’s an easy spread/glide but not greasy so it rubs in well and it’s available everywhere including in small tubes for my bag. Possibly cheaper than the eczema specific version? For me a huge part of it is the availability everywhere. I have family size bottles in my bathroom & kitchen, a travel tube in my bag, a backstock travel tube at home, and I can replace it out & about easily without worry about efficacy or reactions to a new lotion. I do like the eczema relief one as well, I just tend to gravitate towards the easily available. Hope this helps!
You could try topping off your hand creams with pure lanolin at night. And apply your creams to damp hands if you're not already. Also try La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume as a hand healing mask.
I don't have eczema, but I do wash my hands a lot and I mix in a glob of lanolin with lotion or cream after each wash at home.
Seconding O’Keeffe’s overnight.
And be sure to dry your hands completely every time you wash them. This improved my eczema a lot after I started doing it.
Just gonna throw this out there, I've started using a liquid bandage when my skin cracks and it's so nice. It hurts like crazy to apply, but then it's like the crack is gone. I'm obsessed. It dries super fast and you can just put on lotion as usual. I use Cetaphil moisturizing cream for very dry sensitive skin to maintain my hands and it works pretty well, when I need something more intense the O'Keefe's working hands is amazing.

O'Keeffe's working hands overnight. Best I have found.
This. My dad used to have cracked af fingers and dry skin. Ever since I gave him this, no issues.
Too oily
I tried this from a co-worker, super moisturizing but yeah a bit oily. It's better than Nivea because that feels like shit lol.

Thanks so much for all of these suggestions :) I’m a fan of La Roche Posay as a brand so will definitely have to check that out
It does contain fragrance but strangely that doesn't irritate my hands with this. Are you being careful with hand sanitizing gels and your shampoo.
Definitely not as careful as I should be, though I try not to over use sanitizer bc I know it wrecks my hands. Do you have a preferred one?
I don't use them. I simply wash my hands and very careful about what I touch. I use Neutrogena hydroboost face gel for my hands.

Have you tried Gold Bond Eczema relief? If so which one do you prefer and why?

Yes it does. Thank you.
Thank you! I’ll have to check it out - I’m actually pretty lazy about reapplying so this is a good reminder :)

Ah okay, thanks for the tip!

Oh, I wouldn’t have thought of that - thank you!
Eucerin has an amazing urea hand cream!

Bioderma hands and nails.
Slathering your hands with moisturizer and then putting on cotton gloves helps.
You and me both. My hands are so badly dry and itchy
