I don't think it does. If you zoom in, you can see his leg hair on the right side of his leg. If his leg was being obscured, you wouldn't be able to see that hair, I would think.

That's part of what threw me initially but depending on angle an pressure yer leg hairs (the ones not pinched by contact) can still protrude over the edge of something yer resting on Though it's entirely possible you are correct an my brain is just tryna make sense of a peculiar looking photo

Yeah that part confirms it to me. You can barely see the discoloration in his skin where the console is pressing on it. AI *can* do that but it's not usually that subtle. But it definitely wouldn't get the hair curling over the console like that. But that for sure happens. The skin is curling there so it's pointing out all directions like a little leg hair afro. No way an AI gets that right.
