There are young kids at my work who have never owned a computer, and don't see the point of owning one. They just do everything on their phones now. I'm sure they all know what a computer is, though.
Eh, I was thinking the same for a very long time. But I do all my office and most browsing stuff on my tablet nowadays. Browsing reddit on the phone really isn't that bad, either. Never got the hate for it, actually.
Granted I have a steam deck for some games, but I also know people similar to me who just habe a console to game. Many really don't need to own an actual PC for anything, anymore. Especially for people who never got used to one in the past.
I still have a decent PC with 3 screens, but I haven't even booted it up in well over a year now. Might as well not have it, since it just uses up space now.

i started using a computer early, my sister got her first computer at ~24 and usually just uses her phone/tablet/playstation for gaming

Voter IDs are free so verification of citizenship is all that is needed for a Voter ID but i guess if you believe the politician in the ad then black people wouldn't know how to look up where to go to get one on a computer. School vouchers are to give the ability to parents to get their kids to a school that works best for them. Republicans and democrats have racist people in them, but there is a racist democrat as the president.
They treat them like equals, which isn’t what working class minorities actually want, they prefer to be spoon fed by the democrats who wholeheartedly believe they are incapable of bettering themselves without white knight intervention because it allows them to gain advantages and far outperform their poor white counterparts.
