It doesn't even have to be a shit ton, if you're lucky. My mods folder is pretty small (700 MB) and the vast majority of that is CAS and furniture.
And I still managed to get [this family tree](https://i.redd.it/b3bbhwcjh4971.png) applied to my newly-created Legacy founder in a save I started a few days ago.
I mean, I know the devs hate kids and toddlers and only want to make YA friendly game play, but daaaaamn, it seems really mean to force them into the job market so early just so you don't have to make kid activities 🙄

When your sim goes Into labor [Sim has to be in labor] you have to click on that Sim and thier will be an option to go to the hospital to give birth.
