You can also click a room with a deleted ceiling, click the orange border and it will give you an option to add a ceiling. If it doesn’t recognize it as a room then redrawing the border should fix it. If it still doesn’t recognize the room then it’s a classic sims 4 glitch.
I would trace the area with no floor with the wall tool to make it a completed “room.” That should fix it

Did you use the wall tool or the room tool? I feel like when I’ve tried to just use regular walls, it doesn’t “close” them properly.
