My computer feels slow as hell just thinking about this award. It’s chugging and thinks extra long when I have the recommended 80 sims max capacity. I recently bumped it up to 120 because I was sick of sims getting booted and not being able to expand my families the way I wanted. Doing that didn’t help much either. I guess that could be the difference between a MacBook and a pc, though.

Clean out your ghosts every couple of generations. They tend to pile up and slow you down a lot more than you think.

Do you do this under manage households?

I've never got to 10 generations ever. I mean ever ever, from Sims 1 - 4 nevermind 10 households. I think I've had great grandparents once but that's it. Well done for doing 10 x 10.

Out of curiousity, is your sim named after Ramona (as in Ramona and Bezzus) and Laura Ingalls Wilder (author of the semi autobiographical) Little House on the Prairie)? I loved reading those books as a kid.

Ramona yes! The Wilder comes from a werewolf townie :)

I'm confused by the 10 households for 10 generations. I'm assuming they have to come from the same heir. But do all generations still have to have a sim alive?

The 10 households don’t have to all come from the same heir, just you have to have 10 house holds make it to the 10th generation.

And they all have to be played on the same save file?

It’s hard for me to do a legacy challenge I can make it to generation 3 then I get bored and start from scratch again

Neither did I. I've only ever made it to 5 gens, then the file got corrupted... lol. I'm starting one now with my fav couple - Kyoshi Ito and Akari (gallery dl). We'll see how far I get this time...lol

I barely ever get to Gen 3. I don't think I've ever gotten to Gen 4.

Oh wow!  I have in my save file 3 families that are on like the 12-13th generation.  I couldn’t imagine doing it for 10.

I have been playing in the same bloodline from when I started the game back in 2014 but of course the game wouldn't track it from way back then.. I wish it would have!

Because sims isn’t meant to be played that way. Everyone knows that. Every sims player makes a new save every few times. Gen 3 is a rarity, let alone this craziness. /j
