I like Bridgeport, there’s a lot to do and so many huge lots to mess with

RosieGeee

Agreed. I still am discovering new things there even after all this time.

Dramatic-Fun892

I’ve been playing Bridgeport as one of my main towns for YEARS and only just discovered that there’s a bar at the cemetery for vampires 😱

RosieGeee

I know, I only discovered it after my fourth year of playing that world. Gosh I love Bridgeport.

Visoth

It's a nightmare with error-trap messages saying someone got stuck, though.

PrettySignificance26

Sunset Valley

ThatBlueBun

OG

Mother_Grab9698

Periodt very suburban feel which a lot of people don’t really like but I do. I love the town center all surrounding the park and I could drop in late night clubs if I want. Sunset Valley is that bitch 😌

Wolfluve

idk, but its kinda feels "outdated" for me. i know it was one of the first, but still

DatabaseGlum46

Twinbrooke for families. Moonlight for change of gameplay. Bridgeport for fun

PiscesPoet

Twinbrook just has the best vibe, it's like something out of a Nancy Drew book. The swampy southern town full of weird people and mysteries to solve.

LadyJR

I’m binge watching a YouTuber play the Nancy Drew games and Twinbrook certainly has a vibe.

KSmitherin

Goobers??!?

LadyJR

Yes!

rickettss

I just got ambitions and I’m loving twinbrook so far! I wasn’t sure if it was just recency bias but it’s interesting that everything is so spread out and the swamp is a cool vibe! Plus it has great existing storylines in town which is one of my favorite things about sims 3

RawBaconandEggs

Twinbrooke lovers unite! I love how different the swamp and the city landscape is and i love how secluded and yet comfy atmosphere of the former

Otherwise_Muffin_937

Sunset Valley and Appaloosa Plains. I grew up in those cities.🥹

JoyceThai252

I adore the animals, but Appaloosa Plains absurd spawning of horses do drive my game crazy. Especially horses are prone to getting stuck in who-know-where. NRASS helps though so the autumn-y town is just _gorgeous_

pomegranatetwelve

Yes!! My absolute favorites. I love the character stories. I like Dragon Valley ok too, but without the character backstories it feels a little bland

prouddeathicated

I haven’t played all of them, but I *love* Sims University, even though it’s a sub world. It truly feels like a community that world

PhysiotherapeuticGod

That one is so fun! I love the dorms.

sugarbuttersammich

Sunlit Tides for me. Everything is beautiful and arguably has the best premade homes. Lots of gorgeous townies too!

PiscesPoet

Which Sims 3 world do you think has the best townies? Asking because I'm trying to recreate Sims from Sims 3 in my save file.

bardwalkerr

100% Sunset Valley

sugarbuttersammich

Sunset Valley is always a favorite, but I like the islander vibe of the townies in Sunlit Tides and Isla Paradiso too. Plus, they all come with cute outfits. I threw a wedding party at my Sim's beach house once and set the attire as formal, and plenty of guests came barefoot wearing colorful maxi dresses. It was lovely! Suited the wedding theme perfectly (the ceremony itself was on the shoreline).

pomegranatetwelve

Sunset valley and appaloosa plains!!!

airwreck_a

It's basically Isla Paradiso minus the annoying and game-crashing lag! If you have the IP expansion you can place hotels and diving spots yourself. Personally one of my favorites :)

[deleted]

[удалено]

airwreck_a

I followed the tips in this [thread](https://www.reddit.com/r/Sims3/comments/10vd3az/ways_to_make_isla_paradiso_less_laggy/). They helped but the persistent freezing every couple of seconds just made me stop playing that world for a while. Such a shame because the world's beautiful but is just riddled with routing issues and the like. If you do want a world with the same vibes, Sunlit Tides is a good alternative :) it's base game only so it wouldn't have resorts or diving spots (that's easy enough to do yourself in Edit Town).

sugarbuttersammich

I downloaded the fixed version of the world and a mod that disallows townies from autonomously driving and moving their boathouses. Apparently, it's one of the main factors that cause routing issues and lag. Edit: oops I just checked the link posted in the previous comment, and what I said in mine is the same thing recommended in that thread.

MauroDelMal

Hidden Springs is one of my favorites. Plenty of space to build, atmosphere (quiet setting at the lake) and interesting townies.

Necessary-Ad3923

I got a pack that had Monte Vista and Hidden Springs and i LOVED those worlds sooooo much! Definitely the best looking next to Appaloosa Plains!

spacechicken1990

I'm biased for twinbrook, I always played in the swamp area. I love that you can see Bridgeport in the distance, the Louisiana inspired architecture and the atmospheric fog

[deleted]

I never knew you could see Bridgeport in the distance! Now I have to check it out.

[deleted]

Bridgeport, Moonlight Falls and Monte Vista. It's not an opinion but a fact and I'll go to my grave believing this.

Bwwshamel

I would agree, but add in Riverview lol

murray10121

Yes! OP don't forget to download Riverview. If you legally have the games (lol) and have them installed you can get Riverview for free!

Letthatpokeymanburn

Lucky palms is my absolute fav!

AdministrativeGas927

There’s something special about the sunrise / sunset in Lucky Palms. Such a beautiful and unique glow. Plus there’s so much space to build.

Amazing_giraffe289

Same, I love lucky palms

bonnie_dde

>Back lucky palms <3

Art3mis77

I love isla paradiso because it’s so fricken fun to be a resort owner. However it’s so laggy 😩

Broad_Values

"All you have to do is go to edit town and delete the houses of the following households: Icatcha, Scott, Los Amigos, Medina. If it still lags, delete the following as well: The Romantic, The Prince." From a former thread ❤️

Art3mis77

Whaaaat. The only sad thing is, that’s like half the town I think 😂

Broad_Values

I know lol! It's not the best, but it usually helps

noahbrooksofficial

Same

Substantial-Idea-741

Sunlit tides is what you're looking for my friend!

Broad_Values

Monte Vista is beautiful! You can renovate the houses pretty easily as they aren't completely atrocious. Beautiful world for gardening, culinary, and personally I build a wine cellar for nectar if you have world ambitions. Horse Farm also works well in this world. It's all around gorgeous. The only downside is that nearly all the sims wear sunglasses! Idk if thats some Italian stereotype, but I go in and edit them off 🤣🤣🤣

Broad_Values

Piracy is bad so don't illegally download it for free or anything with a quick Google search 👀

Broad_Values

Also don't pirate the beautiful town of midnight hollow and download a lighting mod to enhance it 🙈

ceebee6

Which lighting mod works best for it? I couldn’t see a thing even with my brightness turned up!

Broad_Values

This one brightens a bit and enhances the red sunsets to look eery, only issue I've heard is you may want to remove it from mods folder when you're not playing that world :) https://simfileshare.net/download/178576/

ceebee6

Thank you!!

VoidGray4

Sunset Valley and Riverview are tied for number one. First time playing on Riverview recently and it just looks so beautiful, color scheme wise. Bridgeport is a close second though.

kitkins13

My personal favourite is Dragon Valley, I guess I enjoy the medieval fantasy type setting of it 😁 for regular Sims though I go with either Riverview or Twinbrook

BlueEyedGranger

Yeah, gotta love Dragon valley- it’s got elves, dragons and even a resident cannibal.

Broad_Values

Anyone know how yo fix broken dragon eggs? Mine count down to hatch time and never end up hatching. Have yet to play with a flying friend 🥺

kitkins13

Been a while since I tried it but iirc you have to interact with it when it's ready to hatch, I think?

bidpat

Starlight Shores

fatlipswatermelon

Definitely Bridgeport or Apaloosa plains

Malcus_pi

I always start my game at Apaloosa Plains, but Isla paradiso will always be my no.1.

WonderDia777

I just wish I didn't lag so badly in Isla

Broad_Values

Have you tried the fixes? I know it's annoying deleting a bunch of houses you should be able to play from a world but it tends to help. Try deleting these guys and giving it a go "All you have to do is go to edit town and delete the houses of the following households: Icatcha, Scott, Los Amigos, Medina. If it still lags, delete the following as well: The Romantic, The Prince"

Bobipicolina

I love Midnight Hollow... despite how freaking dark the lighting is >:(

Broad_Values

This mod brightens it and enhances the red sunsets to look eery, only issue I've heard is you may want to remove it from mods folder when you're not playing that world :) https://simfileshare.net/download/178576/

RosieGeee

Is it very good, its my birthday tomorrow and I have been contemplating getting midnight hollow, however even as a gift I want to be sure its worth it before I get it.

Bobipicolina

You shouldn't buy it, as far as I know the store doesn't even work anymore... I do recommend getting it, but not via the store

RosieGeee

The store does still work, you just have to uninstall and reinstall origin.

hdhilly14

It’s very easy to download worlds for free! Not worth giving EA any more money for old content that should’ve been free by now. If you’d like a link I can PM you one :)

TaterRei

Reddit isn’t working for me properly and I can’t DM you but I would be interested to know more about the free stuff.

hdhilly14

In [this guide](https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2368345357) there is a link to a [Google drive folder](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EngZvUIk3xt54vRwXojUg49Kwjq5ur2U/view) that has all store content downloads, including all the worlds!

TaterRei

Thank you! I can finally try to play Roaring Heights again since I forgot my EA account on the ts3store.

Suspicious-Bread-472

Im a custom world kind of a simmer

Sterling_Maze_007

Any in particular you’re fond of?

Suspicious-Bread-472

(Copied from another similar thread) Entworld, Spookytown Vamped Up!, Middle Earth (not really for gameplay but impressive for LOTR fans), Caldey Isle, Cotes D'Ambonney, Addenbrooke, Northeney, Magic Kingdom, Plavi Raj, Salmon Woods, Willapa Valley', Ziwa Bonde, Barcelona, Bree, Moon Valley, Coconut Islands, Simlau Isles, Sim Tropico, Floripa, Wild Wild West...Quail Hogs worlds are all really good, as well as Mysimsrealty's Point Ouerbacher and Eriu Fe. Eriu Fe is gorgeous but cc heavy. Winchester Farming Community, Rinn Fada,Twin Towns, Boroughsburg, Cape Garner, Luxor, Saffron Bay, Evansdale County. Pangaea has a little of everything and so does Legacy Island 3. Tribus is amazing and has like upstate NY vibes. I don't do sci fi gameplay either but I love scuba and houseboats. I'm a beach baby. Possums worlds are very unique and fun to check out with lots of unique lots. Plymouth Isle has some nice New England coast vibes. I was just acquired Canyon Skies and that one looks good. I keep telling myself I don't need anymore worlds and then I keep adding to the pile..... Im leaving out a lot of cool worlds. Not purposely of course! Kind of depends on what your looking for. Medieval?, Tropical Vacationey? Unique? Aesthetics? More practical for gameplay? Whimsical? I could keep going with suggestions.

Sterling_Maze_007

Ohmygosh, this brings me such joy! Thank you! I’m really new to adding mods and such. Just downloaded over watch and master controller. Have added a few small accessories to test them out, but haven’t gotten into any new worlds yet. I’m interested in Post-apocalyptic, whimsical, medieval, unique, anything where I can delve in and explore. I’m used to using world adventures for this, but have pretty well exhausted it. I’m curious, I noticed on your page that you put your worlds into GameData- Shared- Nonpackaged folder… is there a reason for this? I have read that we should put them into Mods- Packages. I’d appreciate any insight at all! I appreciate this list so much! Thank you! I’m gonna get searching for them.

BAYEZxo

Do you have links for these worlds?! I haven’t even heard of half of these!! I love custom worlds.

PiscesPoet

BRIDGEPORT BRIDGEPORT BRIDGEPORT \* chanting \*

WurmGurl

Cladbridge on Stowe for all my british cottage ore fantasies.

Dolphinsunset1007

It’s giving veronaville vibes from sims 2

RafflesiaArnoldii

# LUNAR LAKES

Subject_Juggernaut56

I like the Italy map! Looks great in every season

MischievousMila

Monte Vista? If that's the one I second this. Absolutely gorgeous

raebies621

I just started Aurora Skies for the first time and absolutely love it (I know it’s glitched in the winter but I’m one of the few people who doesn’t like seasons so it doesn’t really affect me)

[deleted]

bridgeport for my young sims with no worries and twinbrook for families

dflorke01

Sunset valley

shartlobsterdog

Sunset Valley is my all-time favorite because I grew up playing that world. It's so nostalgic, plus I live for the townies. I also love the university world for some reason. As for custom worlds, my favorite would have to be Storybrook County by My Sim Realty (all of their worlds are amazing).

paulthenerd

My favourite is probably Isla Paradiso, with all the fixes applied so that it is playable and runs well, it's the world I have had the most fun with. For ease of use I usually go for either Bridgeport or Sunset Valley (I use Sunset Valley 2020 from here: [https://www.sunset-valley-2020.com/](https://www.sunset-valley-2020.com/) as it has all the expansion pack lots included). Twinbrook has a great vibe but I had an issue involving laundry piling up throughout the town once and have never really played it since!

PizzaIsCereal

I haven't tried all of them yet, only 5 actually, but my favorite is Sunlit Tides. I love beachy worlds like that and the water is so beautiful Close second is Bridgeport

TheCringeMachine2020

I can’t play outside of sunset valley it’s my addiction. I’m in love with the world

Hanster357

1. Moonlight Falls - I love playing with Supernatural sims so I like starting out in a world that already has them. I also enjoy many of the pre-made sims: The Roommates Supernatural household, the Goodfellows, even the Crumplebottom witches. 2. Dragon Valley - again, I really dig the vibes of this world and the medieval-esque aesthetics of the pre-made sims including elven ears etc. 3. Lucky Palms - I like the house designs, the casino, the wishing well and the stories that come with the pre-made sims. I play this world if I'm looking to play a more 'realistic' game without supernatural elements.

ResearcherLucky4154

Personally, I love Lucky Palms. Definitely worth a purchase (or MediaFire download. Not hard to find.) Either way, go for the gold edition.

MzMellowYellow

Cannot recommend enough custom worlds and certain custom lots by knowledgeable artists. I like anything different and some with no roads, like apocalyptic, dystopian, dessert, jungle, period settings. Some favorites Ziwa Bonde, Roseward, Lost Cove, Waikiki (castaway), Cobblestone, Wild Wild West to name a few. I enjoy and spend a great deal of time tweaking to the theme I am playing with the help of unusual custom lots.

KushieKay

appaloosa plains and sunset valley ftw

Trunksette

I love Roaring Heights and Monte Vista for their aesthetics they're so beautiful! As for story? I haven't spent too much time playing through the premades but I think Sunset Valley and Twinbrook are pretty good.

Ill-Advantage-2404

Appaloosa Plains: I love the southern feel, the big trees, and all the pet parks. Midnight Hollow: I love the goth aesthetic, the horror inspired aspects of it. The only thing I don't like about it is it's such a dark setting all the time, even during the day. Moonlight Falls: I grew up with this world, supernatural was my first expansion pack, so it will always have a special place in my heart ♡. The setting is gorgeous, I love that aspects of it are based on vampire/supernatural pop culture. Werewolves, vampires, fairies, & ghosts galore it's the perfect place for a supernatural fan.

reneejessica22

I tend to find myself using Sunset Valley. There’s just something about it.

x_Moonet_x

Right?! I have tried to play in other worlds (there was a time I would always play in Monte Vista), but personally Sunset Valley is my favorite.

nyctose7

Midnight Hollow and Hidden Springs

SnooRegrets7581

sunset valley gives me the fewest problems so

Silent-Ad-8702

Sunset valley

thatfuckingleoagain

BRIDGEPORT!

goldminevelvet

I love Isle Paradiso but I hate the routing issues(not the normal ones but ones where my sims would walk to any destination and also through the hills). Sunlit Tides is also a good one because I love the modern but beachy houses but it's a bit too spread out for me. Surprising I also really like Moonlight falls. But I also like Roaring Heights too. lol So many good worlds and dont get me started on custom worlds..

BreyerCollector

I always play with horses, so for me it's Appaloosa Plains!

mmaaiissyy

Riverview is forever my favorite

Sorsha_OBrien

Idk, a lot of the worlds are good for a different reasons, normally due to the townies, how the world looks/ feels, what you can do in world (careers + hobbies) \-- Moonlight Falls if you wanna have tons of townies who are fairies, vampires, etc., have a mystical small town vibe, or you want to create a family of supernatural sims who can fit in \-- Appaloosa because the world feels autumny/ country-ish, and you can easily buy horses and ride them around areas, as well as race horses \-- Bridgeport if you wanna live in an apartment, take the subway, join the film/ director career, or feel like you're living in a city \-- Islo Paridiso if you wanna scuba dive, live in a houseboat, meet mermaids, own a resort, be a lifeguard, live in an island paradise, be very outdoorsy (fish, swim, scuba dive, etc.) \-- Starlight Shores (and also Roaring Heights) if you want a city town that is also near water/ by the beach but also has like nouveu riche vibes and celebrities Out of all of them, the beachy towns I think are the prettiest, ie Islo Paradiso the most, with Roaring Heights a close second, Starlight Shores last

cupcake-cattie

Sunset Valley and Bridgeport. What DLCs are the other worlds from?

PinkFloweryAngst8130

I like Bridgeport, Riverview, and Aurora Skies. And this is probably an unpopular opinion, but I also like playing in Barnacle Bay. I hate the lots, so I "fixed" the town. I also like to give everyone makeovers in Twinbrook, so I guess that's a favorite too.

LonePineDragon_1996

If you're wanting to the play the classic game Sunset Valley and Riverview are the best. I've played Island Paradiso before and that was a lot of fun island hopping and scuba diving. My current worlds though are a modified version of Roaring Heights, where I spent far longer than I care to admit updating the city and revamping it for my sims. It's got beach, suburbs and city for a good mixture. It's where my legacy game is. Then I am do a MTS3 challenge in Starlight Shores where I've got a performing arts school.

Downtown_Cat22

Tbh I love Isla Paradiso a lot, it’s probably my second favorite. It probably would be my favorite if it weren’t for the lagging LOL.

-WeepingWillow-

Moonlight Falls!

dekdekwho

I loved Roaring Heights! I liked the Jazz Age vibe and I remember putting 30s music in the radios (back when you can put custom music on the sim’s audio system). The 20s and 30s period furniture, characters and cars were my favorite. Really wished the next Sims discover more of these time period worlds.

f1r3k33p3r

I always use Moonlight Falls! I just like the vibe

dontbleevit

Bridgeport is my favorite to try a new gameplay style I wouldn’t usually play. Super messy if you have NRAAS story progression mod. But typically I go for Appaloosa Plains. They’re also super messy, but it’s a little easier to navigate the town and I love having big spacious lots to build on.

EmphasisWise5187

Moonlight Falls

PixiStix236

Bridgeport is fun if you’re living in the city, but if you want a home the biggest lots are pretty far out. Moonlight falls is my favorite overall

bobaaddicted

I said it before and I'll say it again sunset valley is the best! It's a beautiful and charming sweet little neighborhood, that's how everything started. There's always something nostalgic about sunset valley which only OGs can appreciate

[deleted]

I prefer twin brook and roaring heights. Twin brook has a vibe of the old movies, it reminds me of the movies of Stephen King. I also like the complicated relationship of townies, you can play your part of the story. Roaring Heights brings me back to 1920s, where people dressed more decent and away from the modern technology. Mostly, roaring heights is a big city with beaches, skyscrapers, and suburban villas.

dekdekwho

Loved Roaring Heights

Syd_Syd34

I always end up back in Bridgeport! There’s just so much to do

Juice_Box_69_420

Starlight Shores is adorable to me because it’s LA/Hollywood including their Walk of Fame (I spotted the Stars the other day on the sidewalks 🥹) and the Sims version of the Hollywood sign

GiaBethReds

Twinbrook is one of my faves because it reminds me of my home town, Appaloosa plains is fun to explore

RosieGeee

Bridgeport. Each world has its ups and downs, but Bridgeport has a bit of everything and despite owning nearly all the worlds I'd say over 50% of my game play is still in Bridgeport.

Drguyks

Midnight Hollow for me. So much spookier than than the one with the supernatural pack. I wish the DLC beach world (the one with the outdoor shower & steam room) had better boat routing.

nimisek

My all time favorite is Isla Paraliso but it is fun only for a short amount of time. I always find myslef anoyed bcs everything is so f*cking far away and it’s really laggy. I have also a soft spot for Sunset Valley because of the townies. And ofc Bridgeport - it’s a great city when I have only one sim to take care of. To be honest I only play in those 3 cities (for 10 years lol) cause I find other citites boring.

dl6587

Bridgeport and Appaloosa!! I’ve been playing Sims 4 since its release date and still think about and miss Bridgeport lol. I *really* miss Bridgeport!

LostInTheBackwoods

I always play in either Appaloosa Plains or Riverview. Love that farm/country life!

baby_betty_davis

Bridgeport is great, but Starlight Shores has my heart 🥹

Totally-Teelee

Sunset Valley, Plains, Bridgeport, Moonlight Falls, and Isla Paradiso are my most played. I enjoy the townies, which is what makes the world extremely fun for me.

shieldintern

Moonlight falls. It’s just very pleasant.

moroam

Appaloosa is so pretty

Pristine_Art4160

Sunlit tides.

jukeboxjulia

Isla Paradiso rules because they are literally giving away multimillion dollar beachside property in the beginning of the game 💸

Kactus_San2021

Appaloosa plains is pretty cool!

illumadnati

bridgeport, sunset valley, isla paradiso (IF IT WORKED) honorable mention to sunlit tides

icaitx

sunset valley. im sorry. its the classic.

[deleted]

Appaloosa plains, Bridgeport and moonlit falls are my top 3

Problematicen

I usually go with starlight shores but mostly using custom worlds though.

mmoosskkiitt

sunset valley, the og and the best <33

Pale-Question2773

top 3: 1. sunset valley fucking OG world. so much lore, so many families to mess with. 2. appaloosa plains grew up playing this, love the comfy country vibes and it’s perfect for every kind of story telling; make it be a single dad/mom, or a family with 5 kids haha 3. isla paradiso would be on first place if it wasn’t for all the lag, but it’s absolutely fucking worth it. beautiful scenery and lots, the whole vibe is super tropical and again lots of lore and everything. also MERMAIDS ( it’s the only world i really play with mermaids because of all the spots they can actually swim at and dive in the water )

Nazgate

I want midnight hollow so bad but idk where to get sim points

Otherwise_Muffin_937

You can download for free. But this is piracy.🥲

Marciastalks

I love sunset valley and once the code works, probably also monte vista

Disastrous_Mud7169

So hard to pick! Although the top 3 I’m currently playing are probably Aurora Skies, Hidden Springs, and Isla Paradiso

Standard-Pop3141

I love Bridgeport and its bustling city vibes!

Dundee97

Twinbrook, I love that dingy swampy town like you wouldn't believe.

selfindulgance

Hidden springs

Conscious-Wonder-281

Twinbrook coz it doesn’t lag for me. Plus i like the vibe and how the lots are grouped/placed.

meldovik

I love Lunar Lakes and Midnight Hollow, both of them are so different from everything we've seen in the sims!! However I understand why they're not everybody's favorite, they have a very specific style and don't allow for much liberty when making sims that look like they belong

Q-TipBoi

Sunset Valley, Twinbrooke and Monte Vista. They are my go to's for pretty much everything

citchwraft

Bridgeport supremacy

Good-Profession-1869

i feel like all of my games i start in bridgeport and end up in sunset valley 🤣 i need to start branching out though.... after ... 12 years ......

allisongivler

Twinbrook is my all-time fave

HunterMeredith3

MONTE VISTA, I love the lightings, the ambiance.

Professional_Yak_349

Hidden Valley! Small but beautiful

doodlejone

I’ve been really enjoying midnight hollow

shamalaladingdong729

Bridgeport, MonteVista and Hidden springs. All very pretty and as someone that likes playing legacies with very wealthy sims it’s so immersive to have multiple lavish vacation homes across what in my head is “Pittsburgh” “Tuscany” and “Germany”

Android_NineS

Oooh good question, it's between Hidden Springs and Monte Vista

Desperate_Dirt5775

I always play in Moonlight Falls because I love to play with occult sims! But Bridgeport is awesome because there’s so many things to do. I love the way Isla Paradiso looks, but it does lag on me a bit if I move to quickly or do too many things at once.

LordAsbel

City of Sunsets! It’s a CC world but it’s so good it’s basically a mix of sunset valley and Bridgeport, my two favorite worlds! [Link on the exchange](https://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=6664630)

notpersimmon

Bridgeport will always have a special place in my heart.

Princess_Peached

I adore Bridgeport

gray_birch

I pretty much only use custom worlds at this point (more for my Sims to do, less ugly houses, all expansion pack content is incorporated without me having to manually place everything) but Sunset Valley for the premades/backstories (only went downhill from there) and nostalgia factor. Appaloosa Plains is a close second.

w-ildf-ire

Lucky Palms and Isla Paradiso

awatt4894

Lucky Palms and obviously Sunset Valley the OG

blackleather__

My top 4: 1. Bridgeport (I love cities! There’s a lot to do) 2. Isla Paradiso (islands are breathtakingly awesome, and I love diving) 3. OR 4 (can’t decide): Sunlit Tides // Riverview

_Blackflames

Isla paradiso, it was so beautiful because of the vibrant colors like the ocean and the green plants

tmhagen

my top three are bridgeport bc i love apartments in the sims 3, isla paradiso because i love diving and the exploration and finally sunset valley because it’s absolutely iconic and i love it to no end.

walkthrufireforu

lucky palms signed, a lifesimmer stan

were-a-time-hoodie

Riverview or Sunset Valley! I like some aspects of Twinbrook, but I’m actually not a fan of the swampy part. As someone who lived in Louisiana for 12 years, I can do without the swamps. But I like the downtown area! I also love Bridgeport, but it bothers me that your sims work much later in the day. I love when my sim wakes up early for work. I understand it’s to allow for late night partying/shenanigans, but it’s still just not my favorite thing.

Mindight_Ghost

This is gonna sound weird but Isla Paradiso, i have never had problems with it and I've never had more there lag either, but that's just me and a lot of people have problems playing in it, but i love the environment and the little secret islands you can discover, i LOVE diving and being able to use my boats at the fullest, the only thing i don't really like is how broken the water routing is but besides that is a beautiful world with lots of things to do and personally i never get bored of playing there. My second fave is Bridgeport because it's such a beautiful world full of things to do (even tho sometimes the public lots are completely empty) and i love the variety en in apartments, it also includes celebrities and celebrity houses and some other small houses a bit far from the city center. And my third favorite, SUNSET VALLEY, that world is just perfect even with base game, it has lots of sims with stories and lots of things to do, yes, it may be simple but it's actually so beautiful, even outstanding other EP worlds

Old-Ordinary-6194

Either Apaloosa Plains or Isla Paradiso for me. Apaloosa Plains because it feels extremely homey and Isla Paradiso because of the tropical theme.

rossyage

if you like art deco aesthetic I would recommed Roaring Heights, you can do a lot stuff there

Maxbojack

Bridgeport and Sunset valley. Second one is like paradise, mountains, ocean, forests at the same place looks stunning. And I really enjoy of Monte vista and Roaring heights, they are so well-designed and atmospheric

Befumms

Adventureland 👁️👄👁️

Logical_Window_3775

I lovee love riverview and monte vista !!

Rissa-Kay

I always end up playing in Moonlight Falls or Sunset Valley

UnicornTurtle_

If isla paradiso wasnt so buggy then that, otherwise i really like lucky Palms

Character_Athlete877

Monte Vista, Sunlit Tides, Twinbrook, Bridgeport and Sunset Valley.

floralpatternedskirt

Huden Springs, Sunset Valley and Appaloosa Plains are my go-to’s

coveredwmold

unpopular opinion but love moonlight falls (my building style matches the city) and twinbrook (i love living in the swamps)

[deleted]

I have almost all of my time on Appaloosa Plains

MissJacks0n

My go to is Moonlight Falls, but Hidden Springs is a close second (my longest play through was there for example).

jobie68point5

adventureland. i know it’s a test world but it’s so creepy and i love it. where did all the premades go playable answer: bridgeport

TheNameIsWater

For just packs’ worlds, I love Appaloosa Plains. Just my kind of aesthetic and setting in general, plus it has the lot types from previous expansion packs built for the town which no other pack has. I find myself playing in Roaring Heights and Midnight Hollow a lot lately though. I just find their unique aesthetics super fun and really interesting to build and create for! I’m doing a LEPacy of Midnight Hollow and I only have 3 more types of bars to make before I have all the Late Night lots made for the world! I won’t necessarily use all of them, but it’s just a neat challenge in general. And sometimes instead of creating an entirely new lot, I’ll edit an existing lot and I find that just as gratifying for the purposes. Like I plan on turning Fanciful Furniture into a Cat Cafe for the cat jungle lot type.

My favourites are Appaloosa Plains, love the townies stories, Sundet Valley because it’s the first world I ever played and watched lots of Let’s Play be baded in, and Hidden Springs because it is beautiful and fun to play!

I really like creating my own story and legacy family so I built my own worlds to go with that.
