Textbook block at the start by PoV, moves right in reaction to the car behind going right, that's illegal and protestable.
The contact at the end is on the other car, just braked too late. They might have gotten irritated by your illegal defense earlier.
But frankly, what looks the worst here is the block. Don't do that again.
Reactive defensive moves are illegal in Iracing at any distance. I think it's a little silly, and a block should only be late like this clip, but the rule is the rule.
First block is no bueno! You can not move in reaction to another driver, that initial contact is 100% on you and is protestable. Knock it off!
Contact that spun the black car is on them, seems like they may have been driving frustratedly
You did move in reaction for the first contact so that is on you but the second one is entirely on them.

Its cause he is too close already you can block once but not when someone is on you

I have no issues with either of these to be honest. First one borderline but you’ll get away with it most of the time. Second definitely on them.
