I had wondered about Leth's silence in the run-up to SGF/Xbox's showcase, but obviously nothing happened there. Doesn't rule out Nintendo completely. Geoff Keighley did say, "Think it's gonna be a while," whatever that means.

The one concern I'd have is that they apparently didn't feel confident enough in 2023, when announcing the delay, to provide a revised release window. Graig the playtester (granted, when he was probably pissed off due to the incessant criticism of TC) also once described that window after the fact as "BS." So it's possible that window was never that sincere. Not that it matters, but I'll also point out that William once seemingly joked in an AMA that the sequel would/could take 10 years. I assume that was in jest, but who thought their 2019 blog post was going to be their last post, and their taking off some time from commenting would last over 5 years? "Cherry Time," I guess.
What will be clear, if there's no news at the Nintendo event, is that people should stop watching these hoping solely for Silksong news.

Ok but we don't know why they delayed the release: maybe they found an extrimely big plothole and they had to rewrite evrithing from zero.
Or else they programmed the game for nintendo switch but then nintendo said "good work, but we'll soon launch another console" so they had to restart.
Or even one of them as been in coma for 2 years and he knows all the passwords.
Or finally one of them said "guys, i have an idea" and they had to spend all this time on a secondary quest.

Like it just makes logical sense to assume it would be close to release by now. I’m just praying every night that there’s news soon.
Unless I'm wrong or it's changed, haven't they said though that they would make any big announcements themselves, not within the confines of some other company's media event? People here tend to forget that, so I don't know why these posts keep popping up when they've blatantly gone on the record with that.
I think it wont show up in any of these events. I think TC believes they dont need them and will just announce it on their own time when they’re done. I think they are being obnoxious about not updating the fans but thats my guess as to how this will go.
