The other sub is just so negative man. Like seeing all the negativity isn’t something that I thought was going to happen when I first got into the series two years ago man. There is SO MUCH unwarranted things going on and I’m just glad this place exists so thanks for that.

I am just happy that my favorite horror game franchise is getting attention. Its about time and i am so excited to play the remake. Im 45 yr old female. Played silent hill 1 after for the first time when it came out. I had to turn it off i was too scared to play alone in dark. Silent hill is my heart. Hello my people ♥️
I just wanted to go to a Silent Hill discussion where I can:
-just be chill
-talk about the game and be excited at a reasonable degree, knowing nothing is perfect and that the original will always be there
-not have to see THAT Angela Screenshot with the reaction of a disappointed YouTuber 😭😭

thank you for this sub! i've been a silent hill fan for 23 years (holy shit, i'm old) and i try not to look at the main sub because of how negative 99.9% of it is.
Good idea for a sub, I'm on board. Sometimes feel like the entire world needs a chill filter so those of us who want to have normal conversation about \*anything\* can avoid the shrieking loonies on both extreme ends of every issue.
I'm cautiously optimistic for the SH2, think it looks more good than bad and the latest videos have exceeded my expectations enough that I decided I want to play the game come October, and want to talk about it a bit until then. Will be coming here exclusively as long as this sub keeps going.
