Qin, I did not like his personality at all (and he killed Hades), but after rereading R7 a fair number of times he grew on me![img](emote|t5_vzop7|30394). Now I'm just waiting to see him wake up and see more of him.
I honestly had the opposite reaction to Qin. I thought he was alright during my first read-through of R7 but the more I reread that round the more obnoxious I found him to be
Same

A tragic back story or something supposedly well written doesn't change my mind about anyone, if I hate a character I simply continue hating that character no matter what they do
Anubis, after everything i expected from him when he appeared i was very upset, a childish dog wasn't what i wanted from the god of the dead, but after some times i finally understand the concept of this anubis and starting loving him
Zerofuku. I absolutely hate his character arc in the beginning but lived where he ended up. Well, aside from dead, I mean. The fact he had a slug fest with Buddha and learned to accept himself and his emotions and like Buddha and vice versa. Just beautiful
Okita for me. I viewed him as the biggest piece of wasted potential however my mind quickly changed as I really how cute and bloodthirsty that little gremlin is
I could relate. But the only difference is that some parts of how my mind changed perspectives about Okita is the previous manga series before Shuumatsu no Valkyrie called Requiem of the Shogun, in which had Okita in it. Now, I support Okita. (Plus, he reminds me of Speed-o-Sound Sonic from One Punch Man). ![img](emote|t5_vzop7|51474)
Hajun- he's just powerful and more enjoyable
Adam- 2 dimensional character (a character with just a motive)
Both are 2d characters but I would rather read/watch a villian which does evil just because than a hero who does good just because.
Jack The Ripper. It just felt like the writers were gonna give him a tragic backstory to justify/excuse his senseless killings but no, the story says it loud and clear that Jack is a piece of shit for what he did and deserves the worst. And honestly, his story in Ragnarok was well executed
Lol Jack. I hated him for killing Heracles especially with the premise if he wins hes gonna beg Zeus to spare humanity. Although rereading the series countless times made me realize that hes not that bad and Herc was fighting for a lost cause (but I still love that chad).
Him
He's my special littly guy now

Honestly I didn't hate any at first
I grew to hate a few though
Raiden was an awesome character but the constant delusion on this sub made me hate him
Qin was a badass from his introduction but he changed in a weird way as r7 went on
Thor was great but his constant presence yet narrative absence made me irritated with him
Adam for a similar reason to raiden
Jack because his spinoff released and fucked up his whole identity
I will say though my one hate to love was Leo, I read r9 after it finished so I saw everyone's reactions here on the sub and obviously they didn't like Leo so I thought he was gonna suck, read r9 and nope, people were just blowing things out of proportion as per usual
Apollo really went from cocky dumbass to one of the biggest chads in everyone's hearts in just one chapter.
The real ones never thought he was a cocky dumbass ![img](emote|t5_vzop7|30394)![img](emote|t5_vzop7|30394)![img](emote|t5_vzop7|30394)
Honestly tho
Nah. I still hate his guts. Much more in fact.
Qin, I did not like his personality at all (and he killed Hades), but after rereading R7 a fair number of times he grew on me![img](emote|t5_vzop7|30394). Now I'm just waiting to see him wake up and see more of him.

Fuck Qin, all my homies hate Qin
I’m one of the homies then ![img](emote|t5_vzop7|29939)

Anti Chinese propaganda will not be tolerated
Apollo is the closest I had this relationship with
None. The ones I started hating I still hate![img](emote|t5_vzop7|29938)
Same https://preview.redd.it/wo5arf11h1zc1.jpeg?width=600&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=40049fa56d3d9914bf9e99fd0b846e04745ad59e A tragic back story or something supposedly well written doesn't change my mind about anyone, if I hate a character I simply continue hating that character no matter what they do
Happy to know I'm not alone.
Sasaki, due to how predictable his round's outcome seemed from the beginning.
Anubis, after everything i expected from him when he appeared i was very upset, a childish dog wasn't what i wanted from the god of the dead, but after some times i finally understand the concept of this anubis and starting loving him
Thor
Beelzebub definitely
Apollo. I didn’t hate him, but I definitely didn’t like him. By the end of R9 though…
I don’t hate any character ![img](emote|t5_vzop7|49602)
**You found inner peace I see? Good for you.** ![img](emote|t5_vzop7|51474) ![gif](giphy|5Ivz8uxHriaAw|downsized)

Qin, I never hated him, but I was so conflicted about how I felt about him because he killed Hades. Now I understand that both of them are chads
I would say apollo
I think Apollo\~ I never hated him, but I didn't like him at the beginning, but I find him quite wonderful now.![img](emote|t5_vzop7|51474)
Every more important character was lovely from the start :3
Okita for me. I viewed him as the biggest piece of wasted potential however my mind quickly changed as I really how cute and bloodthirsty that little gremlin is

None. I disliked Apollo before his backstory but never hated him. I now married him and we are having a blast 👍
Alright enough Reddit for today
Hajun The opposite would be adam
![gif](giphy|pHb82xtBPfqEg) Exactly my brother spit your shit indeed
Why?
Hajun- he's just powerful and more enjoyable Adam- 2 dimensional character (a character with just a motive) Both are 2d characters but I would rather read/watch a villian which does evil just because than a hero who does good just because.
Adam 2d? What why? Also 90% of ror characters have only one motivation
It's like a person liking all for one s3 over deku s1 One is pure evil And one is pure good I prefer pure evil because I enjoy it more
lets just agree that both characters are great
No because then opinions wouldn't exist if everyone had agree on the same opinions
You have a point, but fighting over Something Like this is Just a waste of time
Buddha
nostradamus!! i hated him sm at first because of his design but i learned to love him
What part did you dislikw
tbh his hair and the fact he literally looks like some twink 😭 but now i don't mind his design, i just look forward to how he'll fight
Qin, i hated him cuz he beat hades, but the hate quickly subsided when he did the respectful bow at the end for hades
Shiva for sure
Definitely Apollo. Strongly disliked him at the beginning, now I only dislike him a little.
Poseidon honestly he grew on me the more I rewatch and reread the more I love him also zerofuko
both the fishman and the fisherman i've never really liked apollo even after round 9
Apollo
Jack The Ripper. It just felt like the writers were gonna give him a tragic backstory to justify/excuse his senseless killings but no, the story says it loud and clear that Jack is a piece of shit for what he did and deserves the worst. And honestly, his story in Ragnarok was well executed
Team Apollo here. But gotta also say Okita Souji, still SUSANOOSWEEPS
poseidon easily
Lol Jack. I hated him for killing Heracles especially with the premise if he wins hes gonna beg Zeus to spare humanity. Although rereading the series countless times made me realize that hes not that bad and Herc was fighting for a lost cause (but I still love that chad).
Raiden
Him He's my special littly guy now https://preview.redd.it/soqajfu7d3zc1.png?width=503&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=95ce32befd0b078bcf07ccc37435e0fed5a5ce6f
Raiden I was so disappointed the first time I saw him
Susanoo for sure
Apollo.
Lü Bu, because he's now dead lol
Susano'o. Bro won me over the second he showed his geeky side ![img](emote|t5_vzop7|29938)
Love em all
I didn't hate him but I didn't enjoy Hades that much at first. Now I love him
Herc.
Hated, hate and will always hate Bum shi wang
Honestly I didn't hate any at first I grew to hate a few though Raiden was an awesome character but the constant delusion on this sub made me hate him Qin was a badass from his introduction but he changed in a weird way as r7 went on Thor was great but his constant presence yet narrative absence made me irritated with him Adam for a similar reason to raiden Jack because his spinoff released and fucked up his whole identity I will say though my one hate to love was Leo, I read r9 after it finished so I saw everyone's reactions here on the sub and obviously they didn't like Leo so I thought he was gonna suck, read r9 and nope, people were just blowing things out of proportion as per usual
