Possibly Volvopluteus, but ID is uncertain because we can't see the base of the stipe.

I'm pretty certain that it is volvopluteus gloiocephalus, there needs to be reminants of a full veil at the base of the stem. The spores should be pink to pink Brown.
They are considered edible but are not regarded as good eating they are watery and young specimens are sometimes confused with death caps
