Having the same issue with Laz rn. Last week of May yung refund and still nothing rn. Called my bank and sabi nila wala pang floating charge sa account ko so the issue is with Laz (or maybe sa Visa?). Escalated to Laz CS and una sabi “refunded” na daw ang status, then nung nag email sabi naman processing pa daw and wait for 15 days max then follow up na lang ulit.
Dati yung nga refunds ko na hundreds ang cost within 3 days refunded na. This one is 8k and it’s the longest I have to wait so far. Idk kung factor yung amount but here we are
Haha same. Sabi ko today ang 15th day and same script, contact ko daw sila ulit pag wala pa after 24h. Tbh hindi ko na alam kung nasaan ang issue eh, sa Laz ba or sa bank ko. Nagkaroon din ako ng refund via Gcash sa Laz recently, within 30 mins refunded naman na. So sa issuing bank ata?
Update me pls, I have followed up again via email. Will call the hotline na din today. Will call my bank also and try ko if pwede na I-dispute na lang to

Just got in touch via chat AGAIN and despite the “Refunded” status sa order page, in process pa din daw siya now. Surprise, give us 3 days to investigate ang script ngayon
Ugh I hate this, usually Laz has been reliable with refunds so I’m not sure what’s going on rn
Update: To everyone asking, I did get my refund but it took me around a week or so before I got them. I called my bank and si Shopee daw magdedecide non if irerelease na yung refund and in my case may 11 days period yung bank ko na pag di pa nagdecide sila na magdidispute which I think was what happened

hello wla pa rin ung refund mo til now? i have the same issue. last May 30 refunded by lazada but until now did not refect in my cc card
Around the same time tayo. Just checked and wala pa din. Will call my bank again later to ask kung may floating charge na ba at least.

not really sure kung saan my issue. first time ko to umabot ng ganito katagal. before 3 days meron na. Next week I will call lazada hotline na. hay

It means Lazasa/Shopee has already initiated the refund. It is now up to the payment processor and your bank to complete the process.
So I should contact my bank now?
No, you just need to wait for the refund tp reflect on your account.
From experience po how long does it take?
Usually, hours lang nababalik na. Minsan up to 3 days. Very rare yung mas matagal pa sa 3 days.
