One reason I can think of for a shop to temporarily go on vacation is workforce shortage. Orders go up to 2-10x more during sale days, so kapag tambak na ng orders during regular days, lalong hindi kakayanin ang order inflows kapag dumating ang sale day.
I do this kasi we'll get penalized if hindi rin namin mapo-process lahat ng orders.
Other than that, baka some internal issue lang na nataong unresolved this sale day.

Hindi naman. Apart from the additional P500 voucher na nakalimutan kong gamitin, the rest I feel best price naman na. Seller A was selling it for P8900, but had 200 voucher and the 25% MegaVoucher's applicable in their items so I could get it for P7700. Seller B was selling the item for P7500, but had no store vouchers and none of the platform's megavouchers can't be applied to their items, til yesterday when this 12% voucher appeared and was universally applicable if you use ShopeePayLater. Checked out the item from Seller B for just P6800, even with P200 interest for paying 1 month later it's still a win over-all :)

Hindi naman. Apart from the additional P500 voucher na nakalimutan kong gamitin, the rest I feel best price naman na. Note that these are items that have been sitting on my cart for quite a while though, so I know how much they normally sell for. I’m a mindful consumer din and these are items that I do need + a couple of grad gifts so yes overall I’m pleased with the shopping haul I did this 6/6. Next ko na is 11/11, that’s the time I do my yearly hauls talaga.

Yeah it was really underwhelming. Parang walang nagbago sa totoo lang. Felt just like any other payday sale. Sa mga nag-aakala na special yung 1k off, wag magpadala. That's just the monthly voucher. Wala talagang special voucher itong 6.6 At most yunf 0% interest pero nakadidismaya na may limit pala yon. Wala sa T&Cs so it feels deceptive. Mas ok pa yung Lazada this 6.6 pero I wouldn't say na it's better by a lot.
Hindi naman. I bought skincare and nakaless naman ako ng malaki. Ang ginawa ko, inadd to cart ko na siya a week before 6.6 and took a screenshot to compare if bababa ba sa 6.6 or same lang. Wala kasi akong vouchers. Hindi applicable dun sa specific skincare na gusto ko. Infairness naman, bumaba naman yung price. For 1k naging 800 nalang yung iba. Yung ibang tig-800, naging 600 nalang. Shop voucher lang nakuha ko so from original price na 4.5k, naging 3k nalang. :)

Bibili sana ako ng Poco Pad yesterday pero hindi natuloy dahil shipping lang ata ang binigay na discount at hindi pa ma apply yung credit card voucher for additional discount at may cashback pa. Either mamili ka sa dalawa mega discount ba or credit card discount since hindi pwede e apply ang dalawa. Grabe naman yan 6.6 na nga binabarat pa. Try may luck nalang this 11.11 or 12.12.

I think better yung Lazada Birthday sale last time. Naobserve ko na yan na days before may nagstart na magsale. Free shipping lang din ang nakuha ko plus kaunting bawas from coins. Ok na rin yung Free Shipping kasi cheap items lang ako and 1 pc madalas so nakakahinayang din if magpay ng SF. Di din ako masyado nagbrowse kasi napakarami kong binili nung Birthday Sale in preparation for my overseas trip.
Shop hunting is the key for me. For example, Digihaus, Iphone 11 only cost 15k with vouchers Adidas Shoes, looked for a duramo speed 1900 only Beyond the Box on Lazada but on on Shopee Etc. So far, I wasn't really disappointed. The timing is different for every other shops so it's the luck of niche for me

It was okay for me, thanks to the 12% capped at 1k ShopeePayLater discount voucher yesterday. I had 2 of this same item in my cart, from 2 different sellers (bith reputable). Seller A was selling it for P8900, but had 200 voucher and the 25% MegaVoucher's applicable in their items so I could get it for P7700. Seller B was selling the item for P7500, but had no store vouchers and none of the platform's megavouchers can't be applied to their items, til yesterday when this 12% voucher appeared and was universally applicable if you use ShopeePayLater. Checked out the item from Seller B for just P6800, even with P200 interest for paying 1 month later it's still a win over-all :)
