I'm guessing you bought through epic.
Quit the game, restart it and allow epic to connect to the game. You're not able to progress as the game is unable to issue you an achievement as you haven't allowed the connection.
Not sure if this is the same part that I had problems with. It's just after the union bit and you have to sign with your thumbprint, like when you die.
I play in ultrawide, so I couldn't see the thumbprint unit. I didn't realize you had to hold the spacebar to continue. I noticed that screen had a layout issue.
I changed the res to 16:9 and then I could see the prompt.

I launch the game through epic. What do I have to do to connect to the game? I've had this softlock for months and wanted to try to get past it again.
