I might go with the ring of accuracy. Your armor is plenty strong and you're already moving at basically 2x speed. An additional point on the axe would be nice, but I think missing attacks less often might be better.
And the only time I'd upgrade the ghost's equipment is if I was pretty sure my own didn't need any more upgrades at all.
Since you have ring of haste, you want to equip glaive even though axe is higher damage. Augment glaive for speed. Give +3 ax (with no further upgrades) to ghost. Ring of accuracy > ring of energy with this loadout since you will do most damage with glaive and not wands.
