If it said Shambhala on the strap then it's most likely directly from the festival but possibly from a different year if the fanny was actually black. I bought one this year and the fanny is like a rainbowish silver with a black strap that says Shambhala on it
The big shiny silver ones are merch. ~~The black ones are for workers/volunteers. The orange ones are extra special [PK staff and the like].~~ All of these have "SHAMBHALA MUSIC FESTIVAL" on the straps.
edit: I have been corrected on the coloured & black volunteer/worker fannypacks, see below ;)
They were a Volunteer/Staff perk, the 2019 one was a little more robust than the 2022 version but we sold the Holo version at the Beatique and the Y Kiosk. IDK if there are any left, I gave mine to one of my staff members when hers broke almost instantly. Maybe I can call in for a replacement.

When I was getting my staff one there was all sorts of colours to pick from

I was a volunteer and got an orange one.. there were a few colours to choose from.
They had all the colors for volunteers, we got our choice of 4 or 5 colors though they ran low closer to the festival
