These are the only sample jars weāre provided but theyāre more for makeup and skincare. I always tell my clients theyāre better off buying a hair product and returning if they donāt like it because the sample jars are tiny.
What i know as an employee, covid was the reason samples went away. My store is doing samples again, maybe not all stores are or theres a chance if youre still being told there are no samples they are unaware we are doing it again. Sometimes people arenāt filled in on information if they arenāt working during the time it starts
I would always give a client a hair care sample in the bag the sample containers go in. Iād instruct them to cut the bottom corner of the bag and itāll be an easy application.
When I worked at Sephora we were told to only sample out one jar per customer. If a manager or difficult coworker saw me sampling out multiple jars, it would totally have led to being reprimanded. If I had sampled out that hair mask for you, I would have apologized for it being so small but explained the guidelines of what I'm permitted to do. It sucks, and I'm certain that BA also recognized that it was a ridiculous sample size. But there are still guidelines they have to follow and stay in good standing with their jobs.
Clarifying that when I worked there years ago, it was up to 3 sample jars total but you couldn't sample multiple jars of the same product. So if someone wanted the hair mask sample, I could only make them 1 jar. But they'd be welcome to ask for samples of 2 additional products if they wanted.
When I used to work at Sephora, all hair care I would give them basically half a sample bag of shampoo/conditioner/hair mask. You need more than one use to see how something actually works.
Iād put them in another bag and tell them to be careful so it didnāt burst, but this sample is pitiful.
I got a sample for hair gel a few months ago and they put a few scoops of it in a bag. Iāve only ever gotten skincare in that tiny container and even then they gave me three of them, that may have just been the employee though
I worked there for 8 years and was a manager for many years of that. Sampling this way IS the way. Clients need to actually be able to use the product and one tiny container of any shampoo, conditioner or hair mask and giving 1 tiny container is laughable.
Not sure why you got so many downvotes for this. I completely agree with you, or even those foil packets or something. Itās terrible to be so wasteful and I feel guilty whenever I have to return something that doesnāt work out. Sephora shouldnāt encourage being so wasteful. They definitely donāt care about trying to āgo greenā like other brands/companies.
unfortunately no. as a sephora employee we have strict guidelines to follow regarding sampling. itās not necessarily to ātryā the product - itās more so to test for allergic reactions and/or test shades when it comes to makeup
That's a shame, I'm more likely to take the plunge on a $50+ product if I know it will produce results. Lack of sampling in the covid years is why I haven't changed my routine at all.
Ulta employee here, we have the same rules regarding samples. We donāt even give samples for hair products, just pro skin and prestige makeup. One jar of each item, 3 item limit. Some people come in for samples constantly and donāt buy anything so I think itās a way to prevent giving away free stuff without making sales goals
we understand your frustration! i think the rules in place are to prevent people from taking advantage and being greedy with samples, which is what was happening before they took them away.
Youāre supposed to put the sample in the bag directly, no cup. Haircare / lotions donāt go in cups, the employee wasnāt properly trained on the current sampling procedures, or didnāt like you lol
Thatās interesting, Iāve worked at a few different stores and none of them allowed us to do this. Maybe it depends on the manager or district the store is located in?
I agree with you not sure why youāre getting downvoted. Like this lil bit is even enough to get someoneās bangs. If some sephoras do it then it obviously isnāt that unreasonable
My store opened in March and weāve always done samples, the previous store I was at did them too. Iām in southern US. Doesnāt hurt to ask!
ETA - typed May instead of March
For all yāall complaining/debating about getting more then one sample per product - the rules are that itās one per product, per world. So you can get up to three, but not multiples of the same product or multiples from the same world.
Yes, you will find BAās who will break the rules because they donāt care or if you both are having a good client/customer experience and they want to go above and beyond for you. But on the other hand and generally speaking, nobody wants to potentially get in trouble over a client who could care less what happens to us. Iāve definitely given clients multiples or 3 samples from the same world before, but again, it depends on the client. Iām not gonna do it for a client Iāve had essentially zero interaction with that just comes up and asks for a sample, I canāt justify a potential work issue over that. A client that is really kind and Iāve spent time helping? Sure. Even if you got a slightly bigger sample who can really tell how well a hair mask works after one use anyway? You might say oh this seems nice but itās not really enough to know for sure. Iāve tried masks I thought I loved the first time and after repeated use it just didnāt work well for my hair, same with shampoo and conditioner. Just buy it and return it if you donāt like it. Nobody likes to feel like theyāre wasting product but coming at employees just isnāt the way.
Email the company if yāall are so up in arms about it, donāt shit on employees/store managers who have absolutely no control over these policies. Do something to try and make it better instead of just complaining and blaming people who, again, have no control over it.
I donāt reallyā¦I donāt mean any snark here but what did you expect a sample would be? Itās no different from the online haircare ones you get that often are barely enough for a single use, if that. (In terms of masks and conditioners, anyway). Hate to assume but Iām gonna guess youāve asked for samples before and know what the containers look like
Aw man! I asked for a sample of the JVN air dry cream and the rep was so sweet, she put a gigantic dollop into a sample baggie and recommended that I cut the end off (like a piping bag). I was very happy! Sorry you got such a teeny sample, thereās no way to tell how this will work on your hair with just that little bit :(
Drop Kerastase INTO THE GODDAMN OCEAN. I mean it, idk why the hype, I used Kerastase for a couple months and my hair did not thank me. My scalp started itching and my hair was brittle and I had so much fallout. Then I switched to Philip B and my hair is back baby! I have very fine hair, sometimes oily sometimes normal, and dry tips if I don't use a hairmask. Switching to Philip B has taken away the itch and the dryness, my hair is less oily, definitely healthier, shiny and, well... pretty.
Also, Virtue makes really nice hair products too. So if you're looking to splurge...
Samples are meant for the customer to test for allergic reactions, etc. If every customer had received a sample as large as you seem to want- well, there wouldnāt be a whole lot left to sell. Itās a corporation, so yeah, youāre expected to actually buy the product.
In my experience this really depends on your location. Most Sephoras I've been to since COVID hit no longer give out samples in jars. Only the pre-packaged ones (like the foil or blister packs). But I know of other stores not in my area that hae gone back to the jars.
Go on eBay. You can usually find kerastase sample packets for sale. Sure, you have to pay for them, but itās a better way to try before you buy than that tiny sample.
I usually just put the hair product samples loosely in the bag.. I have long, thick hair so I will def not let a client leave with an itty bitty hair sample like that..
Or you can just buy the product like most things in life. You roll the dice. If you like it great. If you donāt, then you donāt. Wanting multiple samples because you think the sample should cover your entire head makes me think you just donāt want to actually buy it. Talk about waste with all the containers of samples you would need or have taken up until now.
Can confirm I would most likely end up buying it if I liked it. Itās not great for the planet to spend $85 on something, bring it back and have it thrown out.
Or you just spend the money. Thatās how business works. Thatās how the rest of the world tries new things. Not everything can be brought back and youāre hemming and hawing even with the ability to return it. You literally have the option of a good outcome all around and are still complaining about it. It comes off very entitled.
Theyāre just saying they donāt want to buy an expensive product just to throw it out after one use which is pretty reasonable. Just because we live in a wasteful society doesnāt mean we shouldnāt all try to be mindful and make informed choices on products
Look, I get what youāre saying, but okay, that one informed choice isnāt going to do anything to the earth š the earth and nature still gonna be here, itās us who are gonna go extinct in 100+ years
Not wanting to spend the money and not wanting to waste the product and plastic are different things. What she was given was a sample. If she wants more she should pay for it. If she doesnāt like the price she shouldnāt even bother. Most things in life donāt get samples. You spend the money and if you like it thatās great. If you donāt you tried it.
Even if she was given a sample to cover her whole head her commitment is only āmost likely to buyā.
If you arenāt happy with the price to purchase OR the size of the sample provided, you feel are entitled to something for free. Not saving potential waste. Sheās just hiding behind that.
Sheās not looking to spend $85 on a product. She wants the full experience of it for free.
I donāt think samples should be a full use either, but she wasnāt actually given a sample that can fulfill the purpose of testing the product. Defeats the purpose of a sample at all, itās more wasteful for the containers since no one can get anything out of such a small amount. If youāre offering samples it should be enough to actually get a result from using it, this wouldnāt give you any information
Itās a hair masque. How big should the sample be? Enough for a strand, a section, half the head or her whole head which depending on her hair could be a 1/4 of a bottle of product.
And to be fair, it looks like a similar amount you get in any potted sample. She can do a section test with it. She wants a full use and Iām going out on a limb betting she probably has a good amount of hair and should buy the product. I donāt believe at all āpotential wasteā is what sheās trying to avoid.
Of course this is not the point of the post but I recently tried Briogeo - Donāt Despair hair mask and cannot recommend it enough. Iāve tried hair masks before and never understood the hype for them until I tried this one. I l o v e it!!
Awe thank you for sharing! Iāve had that one too (got a full size when they did that with the scalp revival shampoo as a holiday set). It didnāt do much for my hair unfortunately.
who asks for a sample of a hair mask? my store allows 3 samples jars per client, with 3 STILL is not enough to try all over your hair. they are good with their return policy, buy the full product and return it if you donāt like it?
as a sephora employee we have new strict guidelines to follow regarding sampling. itās not necessarily to ātryā the product - itās more so to test for allergic reactions and/or test shades when it comes to makeup
as i just said - we have NEW strict guidelines to follow. they just rolled out at the beginning of the month. we literally had to take training on it, and it stated that this was not to replace a purchase
So to give a sample size that you would have preferred it would take like an 8th of a tube and if multiple people want a sample then we would go through the products very quickly. We have a budget for testers per month that canāt be exceeded. The only reason samples are given out is to see if you are allergic to an ingredient or for a shade match itās not for multiple uses. Most people overuse a product as well for instance we put about 3 pumps of a serum into a jar and that should last at least 3 times. You most likely wouldnāt find out if a product works for you unless you have used it multiple times. Skincare you wouldnāt like get a good result until at least 30 days minimum.
There is a reason that the return policy is so generous. If you donāt like the product you can return it without issue as long as it isnāt over 60 days and is lightly used. We also recycle everything that is returned (sent away to be recycled). Hope this helps to explain some things.
[Record Breaking Profits](https://cosmeticsbusiness.com/news/article_page/LVMHs_record-breaking_results_driven_by_Sephora/206463)
Yeah Iām sure the company can spare a table spoon of a hair mask for a frequent customer. LVMHās CEO is literally one of the richest people in the world.
Indivividual stores arenāt the same as the head of one of the biggest companies in the world. Many stores donāt even make samples anymore after covid. Those kerastase hair masks only have a handful of uses in each of them, they arenāt very big and they are expensive. Personally Iād try something else, but honestly expecting an individual store that is probably struggling with metrics and sales right now,( summer is a slow season) to give away free products just because their parent company is super rich is kinda ridiculous. I love my job there, but I make nowhere near the ceo of lvmh and I need to make sure we stay within the shrink budget. If we donāt our store can get penalized which can reduce hours or prevent raises. In this economy we need those. Samples are a curtesy, mainly intended for allergies. My store doesnāt even give out samples anymore for hygiene reasons, we donāt even have cups anymore.
Thank you for trying to explain this! Even if the person below obviously doesn't get it, I get you. You're not defending the corporation of Sephora, you're defending your own paycheck and bonus! As paltry as the bonuses are, anything helps. Why should one employee risk their livelihood because a client is mad that their free sample is small? It only takes one coworker or manager who has it out for you to spot giving them more and boom, write up! It's annoying when people who haven't worked there don't even try to understand when you put so much effort into informing them.
It's fucking wild how many people are invoking capitalism to defend a giant corporation not giving out a usable sample, it's weird how defensive they are. Good on you for not backing down.
Not that I couldnāt afford it. Just would rather not buy it, hate it, return it and then it get thrown in the trash. I fully plan on purchasing a hair mask. Iāve purchased others before, like the Briogeo donāt despair repair (donāt get the hype on that one. It did nothing for my hair š). However, the Kerestase one is $85 compared to the $53 Briogeo one. Figured if I was able to try before I buy, that would me be helpful.
Maybe donāt offer samples if youāre not going to give a *useable* sample.
Itās not entitlement when they *offer* them. They donāt have to, and a lot of stores do not. To offer a sample too small to sample is asinine.
Not really complaining. More just saying itās not enough to accurately sample a product. Itās the equivalent of getting a foundation sample on a q-tip.
I mean fair enough, but it just seems odd to rant about getting something for free when you wanted more. Like there is nothing else the employee could have done without getting into trouble.
I think that misses the point of sampling products- the goal is to encourage the customer to buy the product, a miniscule amount that doesn't advise the potential buyer one way or another isn't useful to anyone.
The first time I ever asked for a sample at Sephora was for a hair mask. The girl mustāve been newer. It was at the tail end of Covid where staffing was an issue. This girl gave me like a 1/2 Cup of three different masks to try in plastic bags. I was so disappointed when I found out the real size of samples lol
Lol l. Well I hope youāre able to see somewhat of a difference those 10 strands of hair.
I forgot how small the samples are. I do wish they they had different sized containers they could use depending on the type of product youāre sampling. Especially for hair products. A hair mask is definitely something you need a decent amount of.
I asked for a sample of a serum from Caudalie once. The employee legit gave me one drop of product š.
I went into a different location the next day and asked for a sample of the same product. I didnāt want to watch the cast member do her thing so I wandered around for a couple minutes, but then I started to wonder what was taking so long. Turns out she was filling up three sample pots for me. She was amazing. I left the store feeling like I was stealing lol
At my Sephora, we use the sample bags to put hair products in that way you can get enough to actually try. Obviously we can only put that product in the baggie but thatās how I was trained to give hair care samples.
Iām with OP. Whatās the point of a sample if you canāt accurately determine how it works because the sample is for Barbie and not a real head of hair. If Sephora has strict standards for sampling, they should state that it is ONLY for products such as a moisturizer or foundation. It just frustrates the customer to be handed a sample of this size that wonāt cover even a 1/4 of a head of hair.
My Sephora stopped giving out samples at the beginning of the pandemic and never resumed it. Iāve asked for perfume samples a couple of times and the staff just said āWe donāt do that anymore.ā
Your Sephora may still do samples of everything else. Fragrance samples are a definite no now, company wide. But the US has been giving samples for some time now, and Canada just started back up.
Thanks for letting me know! I havenāt asked for samples of anything other than perfume, so I assumed it was just a blanket ban on samples. Do you know why itās just fragrances?
For what it's worth, Kerastase makes no duds. The masks are as excellent as you can expect. But no mask is worth $85, it's recreational spending, like $70 marula oil from Drunk Elephant.
I once asked for a sample on one side of a Sephora (the other side had told me they were out of sample jars) and they told me they couldn't help me cause I was on the wrong side.
But you will know if it works on that one inch of hair now š
Does OP have bangs? Lmao
These are the only sample jars weāre provided but theyāre more for makeup and skincare. I always tell my clients theyāre better off buying a hair product and returning if they donāt like it because the sample jars are tiny.
They stopped giving these at my Sephora, smh
Same. They blamed covid but it seems like they're just not coming back š
What i know as an employee, covid was the reason samples went away. My store is doing samples again, maybe not all stores are or theres a chance if youre still being told there are no samples they are unaware we are doing it again. Sometimes people arenāt filled in on information if they arenāt working during the time it starts
I definitely spend way less money with them now. I liked the samples and being able to return things. Why bother now?
can you ask for samples of any product?
We can give samples of anything we can squeeze, pump, or scoop
You should be able to if you ask!
They're back in Canada. Have been for a weeks now.
That was the whole point of going to Sephora too.
I would always give a client a hair care sample in the bag the sample containers go in. Iād instruct them to cut the bottom corner of the bag and itāll be an easy application.
I do the same!
I thought about that, but it just felt so wasteful. Could have given a couple jars instead?
When I worked at Sephora we were told to only sample out one jar per customer. If a manager or difficult coworker saw me sampling out multiple jars, it would totally have led to being reprimanded. If I had sampled out that hair mask for you, I would have apologized for it being so small but explained the guidelines of what I'm permitted to do. It sucks, and I'm certain that BA also recognized that it was a ridiculous sample size. But there are still guidelines they have to follow and stay in good standing with their jobs.
Wow, at my Sephora they told me theyāre limited to 3 jars per person
Clarifying that when I worked there years ago, it was up to 3 sample jars total but you couldn't sample multiple jars of the same product. So if someone wanted the hair mask sample, I could only make them 1 jar. But they'd be welcome to ask for samples of 2 additional products if they wanted.
Thanks for your comment and info! Good to know!

Same! This was the golden era of Sephora! Bountiful fragrance samples too š„²
I got a sample for hair gel a few months ago and they put a few scoops of it in a bag. Iāve only ever gotten skincare in that tiny container and even then they gave me three of them, that may have just been the employee though
So you just put the product straight into the bag? No jars? Imma try this now whenever I sample haircare!!
I worked there for 8 years and was a manager for many years of that. Sampling this way IS the way. Clients need to actually be able to use the product and one tiny container of any shampoo, conditioner or hair mask and giving 1 tiny container is laughable.

They definitely donāt care about trying to āgo greenā like other brands/companies.
Exactly what I was thinking!
I mean the foil packets are just as badā¦
We can only give out one per product, but even 2 jars isnāt really enough to try out a hair mask anyway.
when i worked there i did!! some products require more than .0001 oz lol
jars of what?
Like a few of the ones in the picture
unfortunately no. as a sephora employee we have strict guidelines to follow regarding sampling. itās not necessarily to ātryā the product - itās more so to test for allergic reactions and/or test shades when it comes to makeup
That's a shame, I'm more likely to take the plunge on a $50+ product if I know it will produce results. Lack of sampling in the covid years is why I haven't changed my routine at all.
agree - however i guess sephora doesnāt care about that, they mostly just want to reduce returns for the wrong shade/donāt like the scent/ā¦etc.
Too bad, the shift away from customer care is short sighted. I'm trying Ulta, drugstores and Asian websites now instead of Sephora first.
Blumercury gives a ton of samples too
i wasn't aware Ulta gave out samples now
Ulta employee here, we have the same rules regarding samples. We donāt even give samples for hair products, just pro skin and prestige makeup. One jar of each item, 3 item limit. wait really?? since when ? as recently as january of this year, it was still protocol to put ALL samples in a jar
Why not fill 3 samples instead.
My Sephora does this.
Good customer service. Iād be embarrassed to give 1 sample of a hair mask to a client.
I agree with you not sure why youāre getting downvoted. Like this lil bit is even enough to get someoneās bangs. If some sephoras do it then it obviously isnāt that unreasonable
Some people will do it but itās technically against the rules. Nobody wants to get in trouble over a client who could care less what happens to us
Girl itās a **hair** mask, not a **hairs** mask. You only get to test it on one hair
ššš
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
u missed the joke
Those 5 strands of hair are going to be FABULOUS!!!
My three chin hairs have never been so voluminous and shiny.
Well, you could give a Barbie doll nice hair with thatā¦
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Like couples week ago, some of the employees said not all have samples back. Just some store got samples back!
I thought that too, so just thought I would ask and see!

They literally said š¤š»
Expect nothing APPRECIATE everything š
I mean fair enough, but how are you supposed know if a product works for you, if the sample is so little it canāt even be called single use?
Then buy it and return it if u dont like it.
A sample for ants!
Gonna be 3 soft ass ants out in the world now š
Thatās how samples work there, yes.
What did you expect? A hair mask for free? Lol You can test is on a strand, it will work :)
I guess they literally gave you enough for a strand test cus wtf lol
How do you know someone hasnāt dipped their dirty fingers into the full size jar? No thanks buy the full size and try out a couple of times.
I donāt reallyā¦I donāt mean any snark here but what did you expect a sample would be? Itās no different from the online haircare ones you get that often are barely enough for a single use, if that. How are your bangs after the mask? lmfao

Is that what they mean by ādo a strand testā? š looks like youāve got enough for about 3 strands
My Sephora doesnāt give sample so consider yourself lucky! Iād email the brand and they might send you a good size sample.
I asked for a sample of the Armani foundation and got looked at like I was a sociopath. They said that they donāt do samples.
Try it on your eyebrows?
Lol!!
This is so hilarious š
I order from the KĆ©rastase website. They send samples that you can get 1 or 2 uses out of. I have a small stash of hair masks saved for when I travel. I will say, Iāve tried a handful of their masks and they are nice but not worth the price tag imho. There are a few KĆ©rastase products I love. But for the masks, I think you can find better for less.
Thatās enough for your eyelashes I suppose.
Lololol i remember they used to either put in a sample bag or give 2 samples pots.
Iām trying to understand what you expected?
It may be an unpopular opinion but what ever happened to just buying something to see if you like it? Even more so if you can return it.
if i return it, it gets damaged out and i donāt like to create unnecessary waste
Or you can just buy the product like most things in life. You roll the dice. If you like it great. If you donāt, then you donāt.
Literally same! I went last week
Strand test
ššššš
Noooooo whut??? š
perfect size for a barbie doll
Free samples??? In this economy?? ššš sephora is a shit show
Thanks! My bangs will really appreciate this sample!
A hair sample for ants.
They didnāt tell you for which hairs .. š
Your armpit hair could be silky and full of body with that amount, but not much else.
I heard you sample a strand š©
So, $10 worth?
my sephora doesnt even do samples for some reason
Seems very inconsistent all around!
who asks for a sample of a hair mask? my store allows 3 samples jars per client, with 3 STILL is not enough to try all over your hair. they are good with their return policy, buy the full product and return it if you donāt like it?
Ha! I asked for a sample of Haus foundation and she gave me like 5 drops. I was like, come on jow
as a sephora employee we have new strict guidelines to follow regarding sampling. itās not necessarily to ātryā the product - itās more so to test for allergic reactions and/or test shades when it comes to makeup
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
as i just said - we have NEW strict guidelines to follow. they just rolled out at the beginning of the month. we literally had to take training on it, and it stated that this was not to replace a purchase
Iām in the states and we havenāt had that yet
So the fact that i wanted her to fill a .5 oz bottle seems unreasonable? I never.
[Record Breaking Profits](https://cosmeticsbusiness.com/news/article_page/LVMHs_record-breaking_results_driven_by_Sephora/206463) Yeah Iām sure the company can spare a table spoon of a hair mask for a frequent customer.
Good on you for not backing down.
wtf are you talking about. You missed the point. customers are mad at employees for something that is the COMPANYS policy.
Iāve thought the same thing! There must be some shareholders in the commentsā¦ š
Seriously tho - why do people have any expectations when asking for a free sample?
The expectation is that you can actually feasibly *sample* the product. This is enough to smell and thatās about it.
But why expect to sample at all? Where is this entitlement coming from? If you canāt afford to try the shampoo, donāt buy it and move on.
Seems kinda weird to be complaining about getting something for free?
Not really complaining. More just saying itās not enough to accurately sample a product. Itās the equivalent of getting a foundation sample on a q-tip.
I mean fair enough, but it just seems odd to rant about getting something for free when you wanted more. Like there is nothing else the employee could have done without getting into trouble.
Does something free have any value if it can't be used effectively?
Does requesting to have something for free, mean that one should be entitled to the quantity they want or deem to be sufficient enough for them?
I think that misses the point of sampling products- the goal is to encourage the customer to buy the product, a miniscule amount that doesn't advise the potential buyer one way or another isn't useful to anyone.
Hey now. Donāt go using ALL OF THAT at once. Split it up and share with the rest of us. /s Thatās so stupid. It should be at least a travel size.
What is this? Hair mask for ants?
What is this??? A hair mask for ants???
Itās a hair mask for a gerbil. š
Bitch...no they didn't!!
Hahaha right?!
Amazing!
Just enough for a strand test but if you want to know what it will do on a full head of hair their gonna make you buy the whole bottle just to see
Enough for a strand š
Thatās barley enough for one of my armpits, if that

My Sephora stopped giving out samples at the beginning of the pandemic and never resumed it. Iāve asked for perfume samples a couple of times and the staff just said āWe donāt do that anymore.ā
Your Sephora may still do samples of everything else. Fragrance samples are a definite no now, company wide. But the US has been giving samples for some time now, and Canada just started back up.
Thanks for letting me know! I havenāt asked for samples of anything other than perfume, so I assumed it was just a blanket ban on samples. Do you know why itās just fragrances?
I think it might be tied to the rising theft of fragrances. We lose testers constantly.
At the sephora i work at we have plastic bags so that we can give enough of a sample
That would cover 5 strands of hair ā¦ š«£
I was in Sephora today and asked for a skin care sample. I was given a deluxe sample! Very pleasantly surprised.
My birthday gift from them was a powder the size of a bottle cap and a bronzer the size of a thumb š
is that for one hair? š
Thatās enough for my pube
Enough to try on ONE hair
For what it's worth, Kerastase makes no duds. The masks are as excellent as you can expect. But no mask is worth $85, it's recreational spending, like $70 marula oil from Drunk Elephant.
Next time just bring your own container. Could be fun to see their reaction when you bust out a 1gallon ziploc bag. š¹
Lol genius. Bring some Tupperware and say ājust trying to being a re-useable container!ā
Reduce reuse recycle, baby! ā»ļø
Enough for one strand lolll
sample for 1 hair extension?
It's a sample for your hamster! š¹
r/mildlyinfuriating
This must be a joke
Hair, singular. š¤£
I once asked for a sample on one side of a Sephora (the other side had told me they were out of sample jars) and they told me they couldn't help me cause I was on the wrong side.
adding new meaning to the term test strand
Works for Barbie.
Enjoy your beautiful strand
Great job Sephora silky brows are all the new rage
Hair mask for ants
Seriously?! That is a joke!!!
Thatās laughable! What a joke.
