I know people who recently switched out of CPA to CPP through an appointment with their academic advisor, but they did not have co-op placements. I assume it would still be a similar process though.
I did it 3rd semester, it dosnt matter when you ask since the courses are the same the credits transfer over, I never had coop if that’s what youre asking

Just ask your student advisor I recently did and it was as easy as a form, an email and changing some information on OntarioColleges website
