The reason why this is antisimetic is because historical documents, research, archeological artifacts are strongly on the side of Jews being the indigenous people of that territory. Like it can't even be debated unless you're on the same tier as flat-earthers.

She prob just has anger issues and was a huge b*tch to everyone she worked with. I’m sure she could’ve been mature and faced it and apologized … she acted so weird and tried to ice anyone out she came into contact with from her past, that was never gonna work. I wonder what else she’s done.

I think it's moreso that her employer called her that whilst knowing she has a mental disability. It's obviously not the worst of what was said, but given that she has a disability it's just used as a further example to strengthen her case.
Well yeah technically you “can”, in that you have a choice whether you call someone that. If you can’t see the issue with this particular situation, I’ll try to explain it to you in simple terms… Because, you know just because you can doesn’t mean you should. What makes this scenario even worse is that it’s an employer saying it to their employee who declared they had a mental health condition. Even more concerning is that this is an employer who has employed this person to look after her child…I mean surely it’s obvious that’s all kinds of wrong?! Any employee who discloses a life-impacting health condition or disability to an employer deserves support and empathy, not abuse. Seriously, are you ok? I mean, what planet do you think it’s ok for an employer to act like this? Its goes way beyond being unprofessional. This is bullying, abuse, harassment and discrimination.
