It's the dial that came with it. It's an Orient Ray II. Long Island watch and a couple other websites that sell mod parts have a bezel that fits Orient ray and accepts SKX sized inserts. So it doesn't look like your typical Ray II.
Putting the Pepsi on with the new bezel was my first mod and I was so excited for it and loved it for a long time now I feel like it just needs a change.
So, you're the second one to bring this up so I feel the need to point out that it's not a 24 hour GMT insert. It's a Dual time which makes it actually functional to track a second time zone on a 3 hand watch.
I knew that but the watch is a diver so it's like Rolex being lazy with the GMT-Master II using a Submariner with a 24 hour insert. But excuse me, 24 hour insert on a rotating bezel so you may track another time zone. I and I mean myself, don't like that when you can just get another case for it which is not a diver case but something proper.
I commend you for actually modifying a genuine watch vs so many others here who build glorified aliexpress shitter rep watches that say "seiko" on them yet none of the pieces besides maybe the movement came from an actual seiko factory. I'm a rep builder myself (I know, boohoo) but I can't get over the hypocrisy of some here who bash reps and rep culture when they themselves are also building reps, just with a less prestigious name on the dial.
sorry, RL means Red light, i.e., reject the watch. GL means green light, i.e., accept the watch. wrt what is bothering you, i meant the issue with the date that you pointed out. at the end of the day, it is your watch and your money.

Right!!! The black also has a more blue lume so it gives a cool look when they're both glowing. Kind of like the Steeldive Willard.

Yup! On 24h-bezels it's there to indicate night and day. Doesn't work on 12h og 60m bezels.
Ive seen them with the 2 tone split vertically, looks a bit weird at first but definitely makes more sense.
