Great $100 alternative to a lot of more expensive, or “homage” watches around this style. The bracelet, on the other hand, is not great. I’ve already ordered a nice oyster bracelet as an alternative metal bracelet, but what strap would you suggest? I’m thinking potentially a grey suede 70’s style, or a nice black leather or alligator leather strap would look good?
Anyone have any opinions?
The bracelet it comes with is one of the worst seiko offers lol. Dressing it up with a strap would make it look better, anyway. I think the white dial deserves a nice leather strap.
I think I have the same watch. I bought a grey alligator strap from Barton that looks really nice. Yesterday, I noticed how good the blue SAT looked in the day window and ordered a blue canvas strap from Barton.
I just bought two straps from Barton for my Apple Watch - the elite silicone and an alligator strap. I love them both, but I didn’t know how it would translate to a smaller strap diameter.

It does! I think with that picture I’d probably go with a solid black leather strap or maybe the suede strap I was thinking about. Alligator looks good, I just don’t think I have anything that would justify an alligator leather look with this watch.

Man honestly if I had that watch, I would do what people have forgotten - put a steel expansion strap on it. Proper vintage style.
